One of the best pastas!
This is in my opinion, one of the best dry pasta’s out there. I wouldn’t use it for spaghetti & meatballs with a jarred sauce because it isn’t cheap, but if you’re making a special homemade pasta dish, this is the one to use. You can taste the difference between this & generic & mass marketed pasta! The texture is perfect too!

I have been ordering this brand for years! All the pasta is amazing but the capeliini is the family favorite! I am GF and I can actually eat this brand of pasta!
