All three are delicious, with a good level of smokiness. The hot is definitely hot, and the agridulce may be my new favorite paprika.

You can often tell the quality of a paprika by the color. Most smoked paprika will be a very dark red, smoked too long. This one is a bright fresh red and it has an incredible flavor. It's no wonder it's the brand that Jose Andres recommends!

I am a Spaniard in the USA and follow a Mediterranean diet, requiring ingredients that are not produced here. Smoked paprika, in any of its varieties, is one of them. The flavor cannot be approached or substituted by any other ingredient, so I’m happy to be able to source smoked paprika online.
