I bought these because my wife, who works at home, was complaining about a little fly bugging her while she tried to work. These work surprisingly well. In the past 5 weeks, I think I've seen two small flying insects in the house but the 4 insect catchers have gotten probably 20-25 of the little buggers. I'm quite happy and they dual as night lights. Much better value and cost than the name brand catcher where you get one for $20. Update after a year - Still working great. I ordered 4 more to place in even more locations. They've even caught a couple of flies. Just changed a couple of the sticky pads for the first time, not because they weren't sticky anymore but because they were getting full of insects.

We(my wife and I)are impressed with this product as shown by the pic. The real problem is that it is virtually impossible to get rid of all of the knats. We are careful about food, moisture etc, but they persist. We have 4 of the sticky traps set and feel we are winning for sure, but just can't finish it.

Best fly trap ever. I had no idea there were so many fruit flies in my apartment until I saw how many these traps caught.
