Great laptop for the price
I ordered this for my elderly neighbor as she doesn't buy things off the internet. She couldn't find any 17inch laptop screens locally. She needs a big screen with her cataracts. She used windows 10 prior, so windows 11, was a bit confusing for her. My husband went over and help her get it setup and some hot keys, etc. She does like it and it was perfect for her needs. The 4 stars was it was not the computer itself but the new software was not user friendly for seniors, but she's getting the hang of it over time. The computer itself is 5 stars.

Don’t buy this!
Do NOT buy this laptop if you plan on having more 2 tabs open. I don’t use it for anything other than internet. My zoom kept crashing, I called IT and he said it’s because it’s an i3 and not an i4. The ram upgrade is $250 and he said it’s not even worth it because the processor is so low grade that it won’t even help.
