Yummy.
This is good stuff. Good quality beef, with no chunks of gristle or fat floating around in it. Some brands of corned beef popular in the Philippines have a giant chunk of fat at the top of the can, which many people expect. If you're Philippino and you're looking for that, don't buy this cuz it doesn't have a chunk of fat it. I personally like it better without the chunk of fat, and this is some yummy corned beef.

I keep a few cans on hand for variety and as emergency food. The consistency isn't like a chunk of corned beef - ih.t's more like a spread. You won't slice this up. However, the taste is good. This is perfect for adding to hashed brown potatoes for a hearty breakfast.
