We owned a two burner in same brand and have had it for years with zero issues. Weathered through extreme hot and extreme cold. We decided to level up with 5 burner. We also didn’t want one with doors that fly open in the heavy winds we get. Took some time to assemble but well worth it. Already fired it up and bbq ny steaks. Excellent product and price point. Cooking capacity is great. Sturdy. Wonderful design. Weight is heavy but the wheels make it simple to move.

I am a very experienced griller and assembler. This grill was straightforward to assemble (one error of design of the plastic triangle shaped feet that go on the non-wheeled legs required quick adjustment with box knife). Assembly in under 2 hrs while doing other stuff as well, and the grill works well, now through about 15-20 uses. Much easier to clean than my parents Weber gas grill that cost over 2x the price. Cooking a large batch of food (20 chicken breasts or 3 large vegetable grilling baskets or 15 skewers of kebabs) is easy to do without having problems with burning. Nice heat distribution and nice upper rack. Like nearly every gas grill I've used, it has hot spots, but you watch for those and move your food around as needed. 5 burners is nice in that you can adjust whole sections of the grill as needed. I also really like the design for removing entire bottom pan (and/or smaller grease drain catching pan) for cleaning. GREAT FEATURE _ I wish my previous gas grills had this! Igniters work great.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review on this product to 4 stars, because I received the replacement from Amazon. The replacement was in perfect condition, and no dents or broken parts. Assembly was easy enough (about 1 hour for me). This seems to be OK grill, already used it and gets hot very fast with even heat distribution. Again, not the $800 Weber quality when it comes to metal, but sturdy enough after assembly. My advice: buy it from Amazon so you can get a replacement if it comes damaged, because this is good value for the money providing you get it in one piece. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really had high hopes after reading the reviews. I understand that you get what you pay for, so I did not expect a Weber. My order was delivered fast and the UPS guy was nice enough to even put it in my garage for me. The box was in immaculate condition, no shipping damage. However as soon as I opened the box, i noticed that metal chasis has multiple dents on it, probably made at the factory, so that makes me question their quality control. Also the matal itself was very thin and soft, not what you expect from big metal propane grill. But still, that was not a deal breaker for me, I was about to start the assembly. However removing the grill and all the parts from the box, I noticed that the ignition knob was broken into pieces (it was made of plastic). Not just cracked, but broken beyond repair, rendering ignition function unusable. I'm sending it back. I give it 2 stars, not one, because there is a chance that this was shipping damage. But then again, the box was in perfect shape, so I'm inclined to think this is bad quality control at manufacturing level and poor materials used.

Couldn't be more happy with this BBQ! The first thing I was drawn to was it's sleek design, as a five burner it is perfect for cooking for a party up to 10 or even 12+. Good quality and sturdy construction with an easy install instructions. Highly recommended!

Five burners, no fluff stuff!! Heats up extremely well, gets a great seat on my steaks yet adjustable enough for fish. Highly recommend this grill especially for the price. Assembly was easy but took some time. Mine arrived with a broken ignition switch but they sent me a replacement. Ignitor also hits on all five burners which is a huge plus when lighting the grill

This is a fantastic grill. Assembly straightforward. Keep it clean, and it will last. The best part is this grill is so easy to clean. The drip pan pulls out, and I tend to foil mine, which makes cleanup easy. It cooks great, so getting a good sear on a steak is a breeze. I live in Florida, so we keep it under a roof when it's not in use, which helps it last longer. We use our grill a lot, 4 out of 7 days a week. Even though the 13+ years I have been using this grill brand and type of the product has been great.

A number of the reviews shared that assembly is a “snap”. I consider myself above-average-handy. While there’s nothing particularly difficult about putting this grill together, it does take a couple hours. As you can see it arrives in a million pieces, tiny screws and little parts. Buyer beware. The very last step of the process is to install the battery for the igniter. This is where I notice the plastic igniter was broken in shipping. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new igniter. The instructions require disassembling most of the grill again to install the new igniter. So that means another hour or two of disassembly, and reassembly for something that’s the fault of Amazon or the manufacturer. I am extremely disappointed and angry. Returning the grill accomplishes nothing because I’ve already put time into assembling this piece of crap, and would have to do it again with another grill. If the igniter was made of metal, and not entirely plastic, this problem could have been avoided. No win situation.

Just bought my 3rd Megamaster grill from Amazon. This grill is a perfect fit for me. All I need are 5 burners, no side burner, no rotisserie. The grill cooks evenly. Temp varying is excellent. The best feature are the grills. They are thick metal that resemble a cast iron skittle. I cook all year round and just throw a cover on it when not in use. Weak point would be the bottom pan. Cumbersome to clean and is the first part to fail. These grills usually last me 3-4 yrs. Excellent deal for the price.
