I bought these for My private chauffeured Escalade. These are for my customers in the second row.The first problem is the FM transmitter. Very weak and very Staticy. I tried multiple frequencies and none of them are very clearHowever, the Bluetooth works well. But, I have to disconnect my phone to connect those. That’s why I wanted to use FM.The second problem is that it does not come with vehicle logos. You have to download them and install them, or upload them from a USB stick.But the real problem is the software updates. After downloading all of my apps, configuring my menus, installing my background, vehicle logos, pairing the Bluetooth, pairing the Wi-Fi, I was prompted for an update. I did the update and everything was erased and I had to start over and do everything againThe following morning, about eight hours later, it was asking for another update, so I did it. And once again, everything was erased and I had to start over everything again. This took another 20 minutes of set up, Bluetooth, downloading the apps, etc., etc.One hour later, someone sat in the back for the first time, and I showed them my new entertainment system, and they told me it was asking for a software update.I’m done. I’m not gonna do software updates every other time I want to use the thing.

Overall seems well constructed, but software outdated. Could not get apps to consistently function properly as they would work briefly after reinstalling but then stop working correctly after the unit was turned off. Spent considerable time trying to make these work but ended up returning them

This product is very low quality. There are several things to address. The product starts automatically once it is installed. Issues with Wifi and Bluetooth as well. They sent a replacement, but the quality was the same. I was told to toss away both sets of monitors, being promised a refund for the product. They refused to accomplish what they promised. Now I'm in a situation where I don't have the product, thrown out per their request, but still have to pay for them. Amazon lost my credibility because of this. I also opened a credit card with Amazon, and most certainly, as soon as I have the chance, I will close the account. I do not recommend this seller.
