I should've bought one sooner.
Earlier this year I made the mistake of trying to buy a new mobo, processor, and ram, and keep the 3060 I was using. That didn't pan out (mobo was faulty) so instead I returned the lot and used what I got on this gpu. The performance boost for video rendering was staggering. It handles all 3 of my screens, games don't lag, I don't have to set everything to potato... As far as installation, it was a bit tough to get it to fit in my rig since it's such a chungus. I didn't know from the photos that the difference between its size and the 3060 was that much. I have a bunch of HDD's in there that it's practically butted up against, and I needed to remove the plastic cover thing on part of my mobo to get it to seat properly. Totally worth it though! My one little complaint is that it's got this rainbowy MLG light on it and I don't know how to control it. I have iCUE and the nvidia plugin installed, but it doesn't show up. I just want it to be a solid colour, or to turn it off (one less light is a smidge less heat generation, and the room the PC is in is only accessible to me, so it's not like I need it to flash rainbows to flex on any passing fellow gamers).

Quality, price, and everything nice!
Overall I am impressed with this card. I upgraded from a 3080ti FTW3 Ultra and almost everybody was saying it wasn't worth it to get it. But I can say for sure that with the newer upgraded A.I. technology, Nvidia reflex, GDDR7, DLSS 4, and the cooling solution being a conformed thermal pad it's for sure worth it. (I can also sell my 3080ti and damn near get my money back from that sale).I was playing the Oblivion remaster with frame gen on to assist with Unreal Engine 5's extreme demands on ultra settings, and the card barely broke 50c for the temps and was easily 100-130fps. Awesome card with a quality build. Note: The board is also covered in a conformal coating to protect against dust, liquid, or anything that could cause shorts. I'm very happy with this purchase.Quick note for people complaining about the frame gen causing input lag, don't even bother listening because you wouldn't even need to use it on FPS titles anyhow where it would matter. It's only reserved for mainly single player titles and the input lag is so minimal; a great example is "Indiana Jones and the Great circle," I never once thought about the input lag while playing with frame gen X2 on while having 140fps.Rig for reference:CPU 14900kRAM 64gb DDR5 6000mhz1000w PSUAcer predator 2tb M.2 NVMEMotherboard Rog Strix Z790GPU RTX 5070Awesome Graphics card!

High Quality card, Worth the money
Excellent FPS, buttery smooth gameplay, and the card itself just looks beautiful, it’s girthy but I expect that nowadays. I know it’s above msrp by a bit, I think it’s worth it regarding this one has higher quality stuff inside for it to last longer and offer much better cooling, and it really does cool amazingly. It never goes above 60 degrees celsius for me.Haven't had a single issue and well did clean install of drivers.Easy to install, and you don’t need a dedicated 12v connector as it comes with a splitter for it. Functions as intended if not better than I expected.I highly recommend this card.

Fast and quiet!
Went from amd rx7700xt to this and it’s night and day. Runs cities skylines 2 with pop 800k flawless. Cyberpunk with ray tracing and all settings ultra at 1440p is getting 220-230 fps. Did have to set the fan curves in tweak 3 to get temps down but after that all is good and even at 70 percent the fans are super silent. I do prefer amd software over nvidia but it’s an easy sacrifice for better hardware. Overall extremely pleased. Could whine about the price but that’s where the world is now and these prices won’t be coming down anytime soon. I may swap out the motherboard with an ASUS but it’s running excellent for now. Huge Upgrade in Noise Quality
Look, I went from a 2x card GTX 1060 to a 1x 5070. I'm not like the other guys here since I don't spend all my time looking at specs and comparing two items with maybe a tick higher improvement in visuals. To me? I dont really care as long as its an improvement. When I saw it made perfect sense to upgrade for the price and possibly short supply in the future. I keep my cards for a while and in good condition. Plus my old 1060s sounded like a lawnmower compared to this thing. It also came brand new and in the original packaging. Overall 10/10 upgrade.
