I bought this Dyson with great enthusiasm and from the first moment it worked PERFECTLY. It has incredible power, leaves the hair beautiful and you can totally see the quality. I loved it from the first use. Unfortunately, after about two uses, the equipment stopped working properly and broke. I was quite worried because it's a big investment, but I decided to contact Amazon customer service... and honestly, it was an excellent experience! The process was super fast, very easy, and they sent me a replacement without complications. Now I have the new one and it's working wonderfully, just like the first one at the beginning: powerful, efficient and high quality. So although I had a problem with the first unit, Amazon's attention was excellent and the product when it works well (like this new one) is really worth it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this item. It’s lightweight and does everything! It smooth my hair if I want it smooth, it curls great and provides decent volume for my straight fine hair. It even dries my hair in half the time as my regular hairdryer. It is a bit pricey, but it is hopefully the last hairdryer that I buy.

I absolutely love this thing. My hair is healthier with it than with any of my other styling tools. It’s pretty easy to master. The app is super helpful as well. The positives are how easy it is to use , the heat level that’s required is so much lower than with the curling iron or flat iron, there are numerous attachments, and of course, the Dyson performance and value.

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap i.d. on October 12, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The device constantly shuts off during use, and the filter warning light starts flashing. I have carefully followed all of Dyson's recommended troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the filter thoroughly and checking for any blockages. Sometimes it seems to work normally after cleaning, but the same issue always comes back. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and reliability. It is very frustrating to spend so much money on a styling tool that cannot be used consistently without shutting down. The return window has already passed, but a premium product like this should not develop these problems after such a short period of time. At this point, I feel that I wasted my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I was initially skeptical about the Dyson Airwrap ID and its Bluetooth system, but after using it, I’m seriously impressed. The app integration makes it super easy to use, guiding you through styling with personalized settings. I thought Bluetooth for a hair tool was unnecessary, but it actually enhances the experience by adjusting heat and airflow automatically. The attachments are versatile, allowing me to achieve different looks effortlessly. It can straighten hair, add volume, and curl without extreme heat. One of the best features is how quickly it dries soaking wet hair—I’ve gone from dripping wet to fully dry in just about six minutes! Overall, the Dyson Airwrap ID is a game-changer. It’s efficient, easy to use, and much more than just a styling tool. If you’re on the fence about the price, the convenience and results make it worth it.

Works really well, I will say the price is a bit outrageous but I feel like compared to my other blowout tools, this is game changer in how much time it saves and how much better it is on my hair. If you can shell out $$$ this is for you. I will say the ID part of it literally makes so difference. It’s just an app you have to download and it presets the heat and cool setting only for curls. If you’re debating between the standard model and this one, just go with the standard model

I love it… not the price. Too bad I only receive compliments when I use this wonderful, expensive as h$ll tool. 🫣 I love the attachments. They are so much better than the old model. The weight is light and easy to use. My hair is styled so fast. It is noisy and that in itself should make the Dyson much cheaper. I can’t believe I paid that much for a hair tool. Omg… am I ok? 🤭

La mejor compra que he hecho este año. Me peino super rápido y me queda perfecto. Es muy útil ver tutoriales antes de usar porque si necesitas de algunos trucos para que el peinado te dure todo el día.

Item has a faulty wire. Electrical short circuit happens when turned on. No answer from seller.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Todo excelente. La Dyson llegó en perfectas condiciones y dentro del tiempo esperado. La configuración fue muy sencilla; pude conectarla fácilmente siguiendo las instrucciones de la aplicación. Hasta ahora la experiencia ha sido muy buena y el producto funciona perfectamente. ¡Muy satisfecha con mi compra!

No vale la pena, no duran los rizos y se ve más fácil de lo que es peinarse con esta Dyson, por el precio no lo vale
