- The extra virgin olive oil is extracted from the esteemed olive varieties Coratina and Peranzana, which are selected and processed using the classic cold pressing process: the fruits are crushed with granite millstones, whose slow rotation guarantees the perfect homogeneity of the paste, processed in state-of-the-art facilities with continuous circulation from which an oil with very low acidity and incomparable organoleptic properties is created.
