Great screen protector, but packaging needs serious improvement
The item (iPad screen protector) from ESR arrived on time and well-packed by Amazon, but the original ESR box inside was already cut open and looked like it had been tampered with or poorly handled. I was seriously considering returning it because I could see some bubbles through the packaging — which gave the impression that the screen protector was damaged or used.Thankfully, I decided to try it anyway. Turns out, the bubbles were only on the removable protective layer, not on the actual screen protector. Installation was super easy and smooth — honestly one of the best application experiences I’ve had with a screen protector.The product itself is great, but ESR needs to make sure their items arrive in proper condition. If I wasn’t patient, this would’ve been a return for no good reason.
