I'm a registered nurse and have been working in a physical therapy and rehab center for 10 years.I've bought this chair for my dad who had a stroke recently.Fully reclining function helps a lot. We want to keep my dad out of the bed for a certain time every day to avoid bed sore. If he gets tired on the chair, we recline it and he takes a nap. It also reduced unnecessary transfers from chair to bed, bed to chair. The material are very sturdy. Foot rests are easy to adjust. The chair can easily be adapted to your loved one's mood and expectations. I'm very happy with the quality and the functionality of the chair.

This is a well made chair that we enjoyed using, however, we never found a way to lengthen the leg rests to enjoy the fact that they will raise to parallel to the ground. When my father who was only 5'8" sat with his fit in the holders, his knees raised 4" off the seat. When he was at the dinner table we took the legs off and then had to keep an eye on him if he was in footies, as he could slip off the chair. The reclining back was a godsend.

I've had multiple surgeries on my spine and this is the most comfortable wheelchair I have ever had. It is sold from Compass health and after I had a problem that Amazon was unable to take care of I called Compass health. It covers the wheelchair for 1 year warranty. They were so helpful. They listened to my concerns and within a few hours they had ordered a replacement chair for me at no charge. I really appreciate companies that stand behind their products.

I liked everything about the wheel chair. Love the extension because it can lay down flat if you want it to. My mother fell and has had surgery on the hip. It just makes it so much better and easier to transfer her. Like I said she loves the wheel chair.

Thus is like the coolest wheelchair ever. I bought this for my god father which is bed bound. He wanted to be on my new deck for the 4th. He got his wish. It also reclines all the way to a lying position
