Eevee Backpack And Pencil Bag

I was extremely unhappy with my purchase. I got this packpack as a christmas gift for my daughter. When opened the gift both of the plastic to tighten the straps were missing. To top it off, the zipper was sewn backwards in the front pocket making it impossible to zip and unzip.

Everything was great!
