Love this shower system. The color is way more brushed gold than the pictures appear. To me the pictures show a more yellow gold. The product and handle are very solid and great quality.

The shower valve setup and rain shower are excellent. One thing you can’t really judge when ordering a product online is the level of customer service—but in this case, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shower; the water pressure is amazing. My bathroom looks absolutely luxurious now. The materials are of very high quality—I bought the gold finish, and I love this product. If you want your bathroom to look stunning without breaking the bank, this is exactly what you need. It is easy to install and takes very little time. Plus, if you have any questions regarding the installation, their customer service is excellent; they respond quickly and professionally, providing whatever assistance you might need.

This works well but be aware the arm for the shower head is not really very long. We bought a longer one and looks great. On the other hand, it's very pretty. I like the square shape and matched my drain cover to the square shape plus the shower door and other hardware so it all looks amazing together. We had a problem with the part that changes cold and hot inside the faucet but they sent a new one. A problem is unusual because my contractor couldn't find YT videos how to fix it because there was so few issues noone ever made one.

This was recommended by someone who I hired to remodel my bathroom. I was skeptical because it wasn’t a known brand sold at the big home improvement stores. I thought I’d give it a try. When installing the diverter, it was found to have a small leak so I contacted Kurpot customer service, sent them a short video of the leak and within a couple days, I had a new diverter that worked perfectly. Celine at Kurpot’s customer service has been extremely helpful answering my concerns. I recommend this product.

The handle to turn the water on and off that connects with the pipe was leaking water. We did the test when it was install and the second day water was falling into the kitchen. We check the bathroom and found no leaking water until we open the dry wall and found the part was crack. Contacted amazon and I have to return everything. I just need that part.
