Good thickness and nice color
One pot plus 4 eggs and one courgette grated. Add minced garlic salt n pepper. Bake in oven for 30 mins on medium. Best protein crustless quiche ever

Would help to put NO FAT in tag line.
Tasted awful. Thought it had expired. It hadn't. But found it had no or low fat content, and was therefore high in carbs. Binned.
