One star because the list of ingredients is NOT TRUTHFUL. From asking around, I’ve come to find out that this cream DOES contain steroids and it is not listed in the ingredients. Very disappointing that they are not being truthful!!! Yes it works because steroid creams do work but they should be used with caution and as a consumer we should know what is in a product we are spending money on.

This cream was a game changer for me. I was really suffering. I had tried hydrocortisone, benedryl and other creams but this one cleared my red, itchy skin within 24 hours!! I believe it’s an antibacterial of some kind. I tried Google translate on the included paperwork. The smell is pleasant; it does have a touch of menthol but not overwhelming. The was very effective for me.

I love this product so much that I buy about 12 at a time so that I can give them out to people so they can experience this magnificent cream!
