Quarter Silicone Baking Mats

I’ve been using these silicone baking mats for several weeks, and they’ve already become a staple in my kitchen. The two-thirds size is perfect for my larger cookie sheets, and they lay completely flat with no curling at the edges. I tested them with cookies, roasted vegetables, and even sticky items like glazed salmon, and everything released easily without needing extra spray or parchment. Heat distribution is even, and nothing burned or over-browned. Cleanup is genuinely effortless — a quick rinse with warm, soapy water, and they look new again. I also appreciate that they don’t retain odors, which has been an issue with other mats I’ve tried. If you bake frequently or want to cut down on waste from parchment paper, these are a great upgrade. They feel sturdy, high-quality, and built to last. I’m very happy with them and would absolutely purchase again.

I purchased these to use inside gallon‑size reusable bags to separate food, and they work perfectly. Much better than wax paper, which sometimes sticks and has to be peeled off the food. These silicone mats are sturdy, flexible, and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

they work really well, virtually non stick and great for the oven. my son loves them because they mostly just wipe clean with a paper towel and theres no more aluminum foil to buy.

I bought this product to use in my Ninja air fryer and oven. It fits the trays perfectly and absolutely nothing, not even cheese, sticks to it. It withstands the heat perfectly and I just put it in the dishwasher to clean. We use this oven a lot so having something that is sustainable (instead of using foil or parchments which also has sticking problems) has made a huge difference. We are talking of getting more so that we can be sure to always having a clean mat. The only downside has been that they stain ridiculously easy. The very first use they stained and nothing has gotten the stains out. Every subsequent use has added to the stain. They look brown and grungy after only a couple weeks. They are clean and still work perfectly, they just do not look pretty any longer. The staining will not stop me from using them or getting more, but it is still disappointing that they stain so easily.

METHODOLOGY I used these liners in a semi-commercial capacity for a local farmers market season. My testing involved baking 3-4 dozen large cookies every week to verify if the silicone would degrade or become brittle under frequent heat cycling. THE GOOD Longevity: After a full season of heavy use, the mats are still intact. They have resisted cracking and peeling despite the weekly heat exposure. Release: They continue to perform well for sticky cookie dough, preventing the bottoms from burning or sticking to the pan. Value: Given the volume of baking I do, these have outlasted standard parchment paper costs significantly. THE BAD Sizing Specifics: It is important to note these are sized for "Jelly Roll" pans (typically smaller than standard baking sheets). If you use standard half-sheet pans, these will not cover the entire surface area. VERDICT These are a reliable workhorse for anyone doing high-volume baking who wants to move away from disposable parchment. They can handle a commercial workload, provided you match them to the correct pan size.

I love these liners and the quality is very apparent when you first open the package. Unfortunately, I should have measured the bottom of my Nordic Ware full sheet pan instead of depending on the measurements listed on its SKU sticker. My sheet pan is actually a full sheet, but the bottom is about an inch smaller than the top edges due to the slanted walls. It's never been an issue for me, but because of that this particular liner was just too large enough that it won't settle into the pan and lie flat. So, if you're interested in purchasing this liner, measure the bottom of your pan carefully to ensure this liner will fit - don't measure the top. The product description IS accurate, so their measurements are correct for their product. This line was also shipped very quickly and it's well packaged. You'll appreciate the quality and ease of cleaning. I didn't use this particular mat because I didn't remove it from the fitted packaging, only from the rolled packaging; but other liners by the same manufacturer have proven to be easy to use, easy to hand wash, even easier to pop in the dishwasher. Food doesn't stick, but balsamic vinegar that's been reduced will try to stay. That didn't matter because a quick swipe of the sponge will remove the balsamic as if it were just a shadow and not super sticky vinegar. Even bacon is easily rinsed from these liners! I guarantee you'll appreciate this liner and others like it. These liners are probably the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to making baking anything you want enjoyable, not to mention it's so simple to clean.

It works very well protecting the 9x9 toaster oven tray. I recommend it.

Easy to use easy to clean cakes come out perfect! So much better than using wax paper or parchment paper! I will never go back to using wax paper!

Frente um pouco demorado (mas dentro do prazo, a gente vai ficando mal acostumado...), mas o produto em si é excelente, vale a pena esperar. Material de boa qualidade, 100% não aderente e bem resistente ao calor, ainda é de fácil lavagem. 100% recomendado.

Die 25cm reichen für die meisten runden Backbleche aus - und diese Matten machen eine recht soliden Eindruck. Die ersten Tests bei gut 200°C haben sie auch mit Bravour bestanden - nach einem einfachen Abwischen sehen sie fast aus wie neu. Hoffen wir mal, dass das eine Weile so bleibt. Für uns ein perfekter Ersatz für das handelsübliche Backpapier, auf dessen Imprägnierungen wir ja gerne verzichten möchten...
