I've been after a small mp3 player with Bluetooth for when I go to the gym, and this is absolutely perfect.All the cables you need are included – charge the usual way via the USB cable – mine was charged when I received it and I haven't had to re-charge it since although I've used it for at least 20 hours. It comes complete with earphones and a manual that is actually easy to understand.The control buttons on the sides are easy to find as they are raised metal buttons, so no groping around trying to find On/Off, Volume or Lock. Loading music is dead easy – connect to your chosen device, in my case my laptop, and simply drag and drop; you can organise your music if you wish. The flat touch controls on the front are equally easy and if you get lost the M in the middle takes you back to the Home screen.The sound is phenomenal – for a small device this packs a punch – and connecting to my Bluetooth headphones was simplicity itself. This little player also has a slot for a micro SD card so you can increase the capacity; mine accepts a 128Gb, which is huge and particularly useful for long haul flights.I haven't used the pedometer or the record facility, but I have used the radio which gives excellent reception particularly on BBC radios 2 and 4. I don't use the armband either simply because I don't need it. I prefer to attach the device to my clothing, and there's even the means to do that with the inbuilt slot at the top.Finally a word about the quality of the actual device – in a word, excellent. It's quite a bit heavier than the little Sandisk I've been using, but it feels so robust and solid – no sharp edges, all corners are rounded and even the buttons on the side, although metal, are smooth.I cannot fault this, and for the price is a great buy.

Had a bad cord/device on our first order but we were sent a new one and all seems to be working now.

This MP3 player is nice quality. It is metal, so it can take a pounding. The sound is good and it's small so it's great for workouts. The songs downloaded with no problems, the same with some videos. The instruction booklet is super basic, so a lot of figuring out what it can do is through just clicking around and exploring. I would have given it 5 Stars but it only provides 3 playlists (and I love my playlists), and I haven't figured out how to add more playlists, yet, so I don't really know if one can. I fully loaded one playlist and it only held 100 songs...so because of the basic instruction booklet and the limited playlist, I gave it 4 Stars instead of 5. That said, it does shuffle all the music nicely. For the money, it's a nicely built product and a good deal. I am happy with this purchase and recommend it.

I cannot believe this MP3 player was $56 and stopped working after just 45 days. It come on and says Welcome but nothing else. I have tried the push and hold the power button per the manual and I have tried the reset switch on the bottom of the unit per the manual. Still no progress. The return window is just 30 days so Amazon does not even have a button to click on to offer a return or even an exchange. Very disappointed in this product and Amazon for even recommending it.Update: 12/3/18The company selling this MP3 reached out to me to and desired to replace the broken one with a new one. I give them credit for trying to make this right. Some companies don't care after the sale but this one is does. I have changed my opinion from 1 star to 4 stars.

Really good mp3 player. Most people today just use their phones, but it might actually pay off to use an mp3 player, since they're smaller and lighter than a phone. On top of that, the battery life of a phone just doesn't compare. And I'd recommend this one. It's sturdy, it doesn't feel cheap, so you can use it while working out without fear of dropping it. The battery life is way more than most people need, but it's there if you need it. Overall, it's a nice handy item to have if you're listening to music where you're afraid your phone would die or break.

I bought this MP3 player for my son as a gift because I really don't my son to have a smartphone if he only want to listen to music because I know that if he owns a smartphone he will not just use for listening music but most of the time mainly for gaming or watching videos. That's why I am getting this music only device for him.The player looks nice and sleek. It comes with everything I need to get started. It even comes with an armband which is really nice. Even though I think 16GB is good enough to store plenty of music, but there is a microSD slot which allow more storage for people who want more music. My son has been using it for awhile and he likes it very much. He is using it almost everyday, even on the way to school & home, in the night before sleep and hang out during the weekend. He is very satisfied with its long battery life because he won't have to worry charging it for whole day. I am glad that this little device has met his needs for just music purpose.

Bought this MP3 player for my middle school son. It has numerous features and he told me that he tried each one and they actually work. Sound quality is very good (tried them myself with a wireless headset), metal case feels sturdy, plenty of storage for thousands of songs. Recommended.
