The delivery was fast and I was really excited to try it but the pump was not working on both sides so I called and they replaced it and delivered it the next day which I am very pleased with the customer service. What I love the most is the shampoo itself. It colored my grey hair better than Wella and Revlon that I used to get, I also love how it doesn’t have any strong chemicals that hurts my eyes and gives me headaches and the stain remover that comes with it really helps. I washed my hair three times already since I colored it last week and so far my hair is still black and shiny!!! Will definitely continue to use this product!

Color me impressed! Product hack: For the cleanest and easiest way to use this product, I squeezed the product into a bowl and used a smaller (paint brush type of) brush to touch up my roots and paint the strands of gray and other areas I wanted coverage, waited the 20 minutes and rinsed it out while taking my shower. So easy! I didn't even need to use the gloves. Great product, good coverage, matched well and I'm going to save so much money on salon visits! And that made my husband happy. I'm constantly trying different hair care products and this made my hair feel healthy, shiny, soft (but not too soft where you can't do anything with it), smelling good and easy to style.

I've been dying my hair at home for years. I've used many different product and I can say was by far the easiest to use. The product didn't irritate my skin nor was there a horrible smell. I really love the color and my hair looks and feels amazing. I gave the product 4 stars because when I used the conditioner it had a strong perfume smell to it. I don't do well with perfumes. But overall it was really good. I think I need to color again to even it all out. My grays are lighter but that's to be accepted. I'll update when I do another coat.

I bought Dark brownReally does the job. Covered my white hair 100%. Easy to use. No harsh smell. Leave my hair shiny and soft. Last over a month ……..or two? still waiting to fade!I've never dyed my hair. My natural color was red. After turning 50, my hair started to turn white and changed color to a dull, dark brown. This shampoo is incredible. I used it for the first time on April 13/25. Today is May 15, and it's still covering all my gray hairs. I wash my hair two or three times a week. I don't know if the fact that I've never dyed my hair influences why it stays so good for so long.

Let me preface this by saying that I have been coloring and highlighting my hair at home for years. My gray grows in about every 2 weeks and the time it takes to color my hair, not to mention the damage that has become the norm for me, has had me searching for a better and easier solution for quite some time. When I saw this product and read the reviews, I really thought it might be the solution I was looking for. My hair is a dark ash blonde, so I chose the the linen product. I'll admit I was very nervous about trying it but I was hopeful. I finally tried it four days ago. As much as I wanted to love it, it didn't measure up like I had hoped. First off, people say it's not messy but I found it to be very messy. It's not a thick gel like consistency but is more runny, and it seemed to run out of my hand when I pumped the bottle. It looked VERY orange when I put it on my hair, which was quite concerning, because I naturally have a lot of red undertones and I was afraid of what might be to come if it picked up on those undertones. Many reviews said it was so easy to use, but it really wasn't to me. It doesn't lather like normal shampoo. I found it very difficult to get it everywhere on my scalp that might be sprouting grays. It didn't seem to cover very well. It did irritate my skin just a little bit as it sat, but not as much as box dye. I applied it to my roots the best I could and tried to pull it through the ends of my hair but it seemed to be absorbing very unevenly which made it difficult to evenly coat my hair. The bottle says to let it sit or 10-15 minutes but 25 minutes for stubborn grays, so that's what I did. I rinsed it out in the shower and used the conditioner that came with it. When I got out of the shower, I could immediately tell, even though my hair was wet, that it was too dark. As I blew dry my hair, it became more and more apparent that not only was the color much darker than I was hoping, but that it covered very unevenly and was very flat and dull looking. My hair didn't have any natural highlights or undertones. It was almost black. It stained my skin on my forehead and ears very badly. Much more so than box dye. Four days later and the skin on my forehead is still stained. I ended up having to pull my hair through a cap at home and try to highlight it to bring it back to my natural color as much as possible, but it is still much too dark due to the base tone from this product. It might work okay if you have minimal grays throughout your head or if you are used to a one tone hair color. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't the miracle solution I was hoping for.

Was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked for being a shampoo. I was hesitant to buy because it was almost three times what I pay for box hair dye. After using this, I think I have for at least four or more touch ups which is a great value for the money. I did spill some on my sink and tiled floors and after wiping, it left a reddish residue which came right up with Clorox cleaner. I just did it so can’t comment on how long it lasts but I can say it was way easier than box dye and the color is great!! Oh, and it did NOT stain my head, arms or ears. Came right off during the wash. Another huge plus.Highly recommend.See before, during and after pictures.
