Geraniums are highly toxic to dogs and since this is oil is a high concentration of the oils found in geraniums I would not use on dogs or cats.

Q: Is this good for killing roaches

I've never heard of it killing anything. It is a repellant for a lot of bugs though

Q: can this be used in candle making?

The bottle I bought had all the aroma of salad oil. Doubt you could use it for anything
