Shake before opening all tomato juice tends to separate which has me believe its not 100% tomato only. Tomatoes provide lycopene that's important for vision more than the wives tale about carrots. Easy to open cans just puncture the top making 2 holes it pours out easily, the tomato juice has the thickness that is lighter weight than pureed tomatoes but not think like a paste. Taste great cold in mixed drinks or used hot with a grilled cheese sandwich. Most people aren't aware that tomato juice can be made into a soup base if you are in a pinch and don't have tomato soup on hand it can be thickened with potato buds rather than cornstarch or flour.

The size is just right for my morning rush out the door. Tastes great and is healthier than other juices.

These smaller cans are just the right size for one serving. There is no sugar added only tomatoes with all the fiber and taste of fresh tomatoes. I get a whole serving of veg from one can. So easy, no heating, no prep, just open, pour and it's ready. I like mine over ice.
