Instant Pain Relief
I have had tennis/golfers elbow on and off for 10 years. I treat it with chiropractic, massage, exercise, yoga, heat, cold & biofreeze. My elbow gets aggravated from excessive use without treatment or enough exercise, ugh! It's my fault. I also do ALOT of computer work so that does not help the healing. Recently I had a very swollen arm and extreme pain in my elbow. My chiropractor did muscle work and cupping therapy. Both were very uncomfortable but provided some relief. However it was still too sore and tender to even pick up a glass or to even think about doing downward dogs comfortably. I have used rock tape before and had some relief, but it is cumbersome to use on the elbow and forearm, especially when applying it myself. My chiropractor recommended a compression sleeve to alleviate the swelling. When it arrived I put it on for a few minutes and felt instant relief! The best my elbow and forearm has felt in months! I can pick up a glass or other items without pain! I am still working it back to full health but I can count on the compression sleeve to provide immediate relieve from the discomfort and swelling. It is the only compression sleeve I have ever used, but now I understand their value.

#1 Arm Compression Sleeve
—A LITTLE ABOUT ME—I am a Powerlifter 🏋🏼♀️ and an active athlete all of my life. Having flexible, durable, appealing athletic gear is an important component in my fitness program. I depend on superior clothing to help me be comfortable during intense movements and to feel confident that what I am wearing is flattering to my curves and can perform well throughout training sessions. This is a Professional Review of the: Quantro Arm & Elbow High Compression Sleeve:👩🏽🎓Upon graduating into the womens “heavy lifters” league—much thanks to my 275lb Bench achievement came a little Tendonitis in the Joint💪🏼. It has been brewing up to this because I worked really diligently during training sessions to increase my bench. Well, after the first bout of joint discomfort kicked me around, but did NOT slow down my training progress—The search for adequate Pain Relief became intense. At bedtime the pain seems to worsen for some lovely reason (probably because the body is in a rested state). Just when I need to be sleeping 💤 peacefully—I find myself twirling my arm for several moments in hopes that it will bring a bit of comfort🤦🏽♀️😞.I came across the Quantro Arm & Elbow High Compression Sleeve in an Amazon search. I thought to myself—“Self, why not try it and the price is unbeatable”.Here are some tips and personal facts regarding this sleeve to help you in making a selection:✔️DesignIt’s a very simple design—nothing too extravagant or complicated—a basic black sleeve with a branded patch.✔️QualityThe quality is phenomenal for an arm sleeve. It is made of 65% nylon, 30% rubber threading and 5% spandex so you get the right amount of stretch as well as softness and your skin will not be scratchy from the material.✔️FitSizing is always the most complicated when purchasing these types of things because unless you actually use a measuring tape to get accurate inches and the circumference of your arm—then you are taking an educated guess.Otherwise, the sizing chart seems to be very accurate from a small, medium, large, extra large to a 2X. Based upon my measurements, I chose a small and it fits pretty well.✔️PerformanceAs mentioned, I am a powerlifter so there is a good amount of me actively doing arm extensions a lot performing certain exercises such as benching, cable pulling, using the arm swing elliptical etc. So far, the performance of this sleeve is standing up to the multiple intense movements and heavy weight that I normally activate during especially intense training sessions.✔️ValueThe value is phenomenal! The quality of the sleeve is top notch—trust me as a powerlifter, I own a lot of fitness gear and the quality of this sleeve is right at the top with some of the ones I’ve paid upwards $80 for and yet it functions just as good😵—STAR RATING GUIDE—(Plus) 5 Stars✨+1⭐️—Great compression+1⭐️—Love the all black+1⭐️—Great Quality Knit+1⭐️—Form Fitting+1⭐️—Built-in elbow placement and inner arm crease foldAdvice 1:If looking at this sleeve for kids or someone who has a REALLY slim arm—you may want to check around for an xsmall.Advice 2:You want to ensure that you are wearing the compression sleeve with the branded patch on the inner part of your arm where the crease in your arm is and the backside which is blank is facing outwardly on the same side as the back of your hand. The reason for wearing it this way is because there is a difference in the compression with the branded tag facing the inside of your arm versus the backside—you get more compression with the blank side facing the outward part of your arm. Trust me on this and good luck 😉

Good sleeve but sizes are not accurate.
The sleeve is a good quality but the sizes are not accurate. These sleeves were purchased for my wife who is a tall medium build and I went with small after reading other reviews about the sizes being larger than the chart suggests. The sleeves provide some compression but the forearm part of the sleeve is loose and does not provide compression. She rolled the cuff back and that did help.

An effective compression sleeve
The product arrived in a timely manner. It fit exactly as predicted by the sizing chart provided in the product description. I have been using it at work during the day (wearing it right now in fact), when the coolness of my desk surface seems to creep into my arm and start causing my elbow to hurt... which then seems to travel through my entire arm. So far it has been working very well at providing some compression and warmth in my elbow and keeping at bay the arthritis pain.I was expecting the sleeve to be longer... I was originally looking for a compression sleeve that would go from my wrist to over my bicep. However, It does stretch and it covers from midway of my bicep to midway up my forearm... and at work that has been more than enough.I recommend this sleeve to anyone else who experiences tennis elbow/arthritis pain as a means of providing some relief.

you may be disappointed. I will see
I'm willing to give it a try. I have small arms. Thin. I ordered small. It's larger than I thought. I may have to return it. Time will tell. Just be aware if you want it snug and your a small thin arms woman, you may be disappointed. I will see...but not sure. Update: I have used this for days now and I like it. No, it'sn ot real snug but maybe that is good? Doesnot cut off circulation and one needs that when battling elbow tendonitis. It does keep my elbow warm. For some reason the colder temps affect my arm. So I give it now a 4 star. I could give it a 5 star but I think its not really a small.

Better for less
I'm very happy with this compression sleeve. I have, unfortunately, paid far more for poorer quality similar products. This offers perfect support with no pinching or binding and, most especially, it doesn't roll at the ends as you move.
