Why bother grabbing the saute pan to brown the meal? This works in seconds and gives arguably a better result visually with less chance of overcooking.

It is nice when you find a product that is built with great engineering.. Not overbuilt but a sturdy close. I liked it so much, I bought this one and the one that has the extension hose a tank holster.
