Excellent replacement for my kitchen faucet! Installation took about an hour. Wasn't too bad. Kids love the touchless activation. It is nice that it automatically shuts off after a certain period of time so it isn't just running all the time. Great quality item at a fair price. I hope I get 10 years out of this one or more.

Great faucet! Looks and operates exactly as described. Installation should have been very easy, but unfortunately we were sent a defective control panel, and it wouldn't turn on. My husband called the Moen help line and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. They sent a replacement control panel and it works perfectly now! The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the defective control panel and the delay in using the faucet.

We have had this faucet for a month now and really love it. We had it professionally installed which enabled us to fine tune the faucet hose length and grip to our deep sink. I worried that the two sensor version would trigger inadvertent water turn ons from the front sensor so I was thrilled to see this new version with only one sensor on the side. When I am cooking or have really dirty hands the sensor is wonderful & responsive. You can also choose to use the handle instead, depending on what you are doing. Because the faucet won't work without a power source (the only negative) we chose to install the optional AC adapter kit so we don't have to worry about frequent battery replacement. We still have the battery option for backup should we experience a power outage. I also love the spray hose and so far it has gone easily back into place. We chose the Spotless Stainless version and it is beautiful. So far it has only needed a quick wipe as dirty hands never touch it! I highly recommend this faucet, it has added beauty and enjoyment to my time in the kitchen.

Installed faucet in March of 2025. Thought the motion sensor was a great idea. Faucet stopped working in February of this year. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend. So disappointed. Would not by another Moen.

Absolutely loved this faucet, with one fatal flaw. The design, style, construction and quality make this an incredible faucet. My wife and I both loved it. The one flaw, the motion sensor. Convenient, yes. Exactly what we wanted. The problem is the faucet would randomly turn itself on throughout the day and night. We were woken up at 2 and 3 am to the sound of the faucet running. We looked online and found that different light and reflections can trigger the sensor. So during the day, I closed the blinds. Still turned on. At night, we’d have all the blinds and curtains closed. Room is pretty darn dark. Still turned on. It got to the point that we’d unplug it when we went to bed. So out it came and back to Amazon it went. Replaced it with a touch faucet. Not quit what we wanted, but now we don’t have to unplug our faucet at night... until they figure out the sensor, I’d look elsewhere.

Good looking and high quality product. Water flows smoothly and sensor works flawlessly, turning the water on and off quickly. The hose within the faucet is connected to the water dispenser to prevent leaking. Not cheap, but worth it.

We purchased this faucet as a replacement during our kitchen renovation. We very much love it. It works like a charm, absolutely no issues. The hubby had no problems with the installation. Love the finish, no pesky fingerprints all over it.

We loved this faucet's beautiful design and convenient sensor functions. While we had some issues with the sensor, using a power adapter and keeping reflective objects away helped improve its performance. Placement, like facing a window, can also affect functionality. With proper setup, it’s a stylish and functional addition.
