Works great just like new! HOWEVER!!! You need to reset it as it most likely will come with another users Apple account linked to it. To reset it unplug it from power, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. As soon as you plug it in (max1-2 seconds) tap and told the top of the homepod (where the + - are located) there will be a red light and keep holding it until siri talks! After siri is finished talking there will be 3 beeps, let go of the homepod after the 3rd beep and voila it will start resetting (resetting might take a few minutes). From there on setting it up will be as simple as setting up a new one!

Would never get a renewed item, I could not connect without a QR code that is sent in the original package. Could not connect to the home app for Apple.

Get brand new not refurbished
Get brand new not refurbished.Paid $91 for a ‘refurbished’ HomePod mini, but it arrived dirty—sticky USB-C cable with hair on it. Looked like human pubbe hair??? Had to disinfect it. And it gets worse, it was still linked to the previous owner’s Apple account, requiring a reset. The listing was misleading; this was ‘used,’ not ‘refurbished.’Otherwise, the HomePod works fine
