I was a little worried when I got this, since I wasn't sure if it would work with a FiiO JadeAudio KA3 DAC, but it actually works just fine, it was as easy as just plugging it in. There was just enough room on the port to fit, even with my case. It looks like it will fit most USB-C cables on either side, but I do think if they're just a little bit more on the bigger side they wont fit unless you have no case on. Device seems to be pretty solid too, doesn't feel cheap. Sound quality seems fine, but I only tested with a DAC, don't know how it is raw. 5/5 good buy for below 10 bucks if you like being tethered

Great item. The quality of the sound through my ear buds sounds superior to that of being directly plugged in my iPhone. There's a tiny pilot light front and back. One port is dedicated to incoming power and one to earbuds; they are NOT interchangeable. Also, if you unplug your power source, the headphones won't work independently. I would buy this again.

Functionality is good. This is to use a device like wired headphones while also charging. Which it does well. No feedback from the power in the sound. My only complaint is there is not enough rech on the male USB-c male insert to seat past my case. But in fairness the other brands I tried have the exact same issue. My wife has the exact same model phone as I do but with a very slim case and it does not work on her either. However this is a typical issue with sturdy cases and you can get cheap simple adapters. Just frustrating because who has a $900-$1200 phone and not have a case on it. And it could be so easy by the people that make these to to add a millimeter more offset/reach

DON'T BUY. DOESN'T WORK. When I plug it into a Samsung phone, with a charger and wired earphones, it charges, but the phone doesn't recognize the earphones. If I unplug the adapter and plug in earphones directly, the phone immediately recognizes the earphones. It never worked right. Six months later, the phone recognizes the headphones or the charger after I wiggle and cajole the adapter, and then I hold my breathe and don't touch it and hope it keeps working. That seemed to work for a while, but now, I can set the phone and adapter down, not touch it, and the headphones will disconnect while I'm listening to a podcast, the podcast will stop, and the sound will instead come through the phone when I hit play, which is throughly irritating at night in bed. Just Junk.

Does what it says. I used this to play a game straight from an sd card. I played between an hour and a half to 2 hours. The device did not get hot just warm as you would expect for any item passing power thru. The audio in my game was great until my son wanted my high powered charger and we swapped cords. Then the sound had feedback. If you don't have good sound try a better quality charger it should fix the issue. I specifically bought this one do to low profile and small size. Works great for me to play games from sd card on my steamdeck using the type c charging port on the deck.
