Great design, quality and ease of use. It is powerful enough to get creases out of most clothes but don't expect iron-like finish.I prefer this over a standing steam as it saves so much space. I wish it had a slightly longer cable to help reach from a socket from a hanging spot while steaming.If a battery powered version is possible, that would be perfect.

I wasn’t expecting much from such a small steamer, but this thing actually impressed me. It heats up super fast (like 30 seconds or less) and is really lightweight, so it’s easy to use without tiring your arm. The steam output is strong enough to get wrinkles out of most fabrics in just a few passes. I’ve used it on shirts, trousers, and even a dress, and it worked great every time.Perfect for travel too it barely takes up space in my bag and doesn’t leak like some other steamers I’ve tried. Definitely a solid choice if you want something compact but effective.

It functions very smoothly its very easy to use and the quality is great and is very durable . The weight ue perfect and removes all the wrinkles in an instant.

I had it for 4 months. The off and on button stop work around 3rd month. On the fourth month the steam has stopped working and it’s only Luke warm. How do I report it?
