"Plugged in. Not charging." That's what my battery status indicator tray icon reported. Then I wasted hours proving that it wasn't my ac adapter, or the charging circuit, or a Windows 10 update, etc. All these were possibilities found online as possible reasons for the "Not Charging" state. I returned the battery for full credit. My replacement (from a different seller) worked as it should reestablishing my sanity. Too bad I can't get a credit for all my wasted hours.

I run a small computer repair store and only leave reviews on the things I feel meet expectations. I am giving this item a 5 star because It works great with no problems. We probably spend over $50,000 a year on Amazon for our business, so finding the right parts in a timely matter at an affordable price so I can make some profit is key. We rely on Amazon to keep us in stock with parts.

I purchased this battery in August 2018 and now it will not stay charge. It is still under warranty therefore, I will be returning it or exchange if possible.

It's not a bad product. Cost about half the price of its oem counterpart but only last half as long.

This was almost the same as the one that came with the laptop. The only difference was the label and a few less decals. Other than that it is great. Same size and fits in perfectly. Battery was half full. So far so great.

Very smooth transaction!Expect a little more time for prime than usual - I didn't catch that it was scheduled a week out but it showed up early. Works great so far but I'm only a few days in and haven't used much. I'll update in time to rate battery life more.Customer service is VERY active hopefully that extends to anyone with issues as well.

This is the third replacement battery I’ve ordered for my HP DV6 laptop. It is showing up as about 3 1/2 hours of reserve power, which is as much as can be expected, according to the manufacturer specs. As such, I’m happy with its performance.

I receive the battery but it wouldn’t work so I send it back when I received it didn’t work
