It is durable and easy to set up by myself. It was a bit stiff at first, but quickly loosened up for easy setup. Used 7 times now, and have had no problems.

Best camping purchase I have made in a long time. This thing is big, heavy and a bear to get into a mid sized SUV. However, the comfort and flexibility it brings to your camping or tailgating experience is worth every aggravation. It is easy to set up (if you have at least two people) easy to take down and works like a dream in heavy rain. The stakes that come with it are garbage, but a decent set of steel stakes is $12 and will work much better at keeping it in the ground. Lower the tent in windy conditions, and sit and enjoy the rain while you’re dry. Could not recommend more.

I was once again treated to a reason to do business with a reputable company versus trying to save a couple bucks on cheap Chinese imports. Bought the EZ up as a gift for my son. It didn't get unpackaged for the first use until after the return deadline for Amazon had expired. Two of the legs were bent straight out of the box. The bent legs would extend only with brute force applied. My son has an extremely demanding job and a young family so getting this handled was not high on his priority list. Once I found out, I offered to handle it for him. Long story short, it was nearly 2 months later before I was able to get the supporting pics and documents to EZ up. They stepped right up with no delay. I'm now waiting on the replacement they sent free of charge. Stellar customer service. Extremely satisfied.

We recently purchased the EZ Up Ambassador Instant Pop-Up Canopy Tent, and while it has some great features, our experience took a turn during a windy day.Setup and Ease of Use: Setting up the canopy was a breeze. The instant pop-up mechanism is great, allowing me to have it ready in just a few minutes.Durability and Material: The materials feel sturdy, and the fabric is good quality. I appreciated the UV protection and waterproof features, which seemed solid based on other uses. However, my experience with durability was tested during an unexpected windy day.Wind Performance: Unfortunately, the canopy collapsed during high winds. We tied it down from the crown but didn’t stake it down to the ground, which I know is crucial for stability in windy conditions. While I expected some movement, I didn't anticipate it being blown over so easily. The frame bent beyond repair, which was disappointing.Overall Impression: This recent purchase is a replacement for the one that was ruined. We’ve learned our lesson and will be sure to stake this new one down for added stability. The EZ Up Ambassador has great potential for calmer conditions and is a solid option for casual gatherings. Just remember to secure it properly if you’re expecting wind!

After receiving this pop-up canopy, I was initially excited as it has easy to use up/down components on the legs and and easy release pull ring for the corners. Much easier to use than other units.Then when putting on the canopy I was taken back as there are no velcro ties/secure strips to connect the canopy to the frame trusses. My concerns was that would the unit stand up to a stiff breeze or rain. Answer is, IT WON'T!I did not even get 1 full day out of this canopy. Day 1: put up the canopy. After just a few hours of use, I left to go to the store for a few items. While shopping it began to rain. I arrived home to find the canopy a tangled mass of wreckage.My wife explained that she saw that the canopy had collected the rain water as there were no strips to connect the canopy to the trusses. The canopy did not shed the rain, sagged and filled it up. As my wife went out to try to get the water out, the entire frame buckled and collapsed.Two side trusses are now destroyed and although you can purchase replacement trusses, they are $21 each. So, by the time replacement parts are purchased, it cost more to fix than by a new canopy.Better to just by an $80 Walmart special. I have had those last 4+ years.Beyond Disappointed!Don't waste your money on this one!

A lot of canopies out there to choose from.I went with EZ-UP because there won't be a problem get parts for it. And went with the Ambassador because it was reasonably priced for as little as I'll use it.With some patience one person can set it up.It a canopy I would have no problem recommending to friend or family.

Bought 3 of them and have used 2 of them multiple times and 1 of them once. They are much sturdier and better quality than the $69 ones from the big box stores

A solid throw canopy. It is reasonably sturdy and very easy to erect. The pegs for holding it down or solid as well. It has endured all that mother nature has thrown at it.

steel frame is very thin, it is not for outside, there is no place to connect rope...i am disappointment

Es un gran producto, materiales buenos, la lona queda perfecta colocada y no se cuelga. Lo recomiendo bastante, además la instalación es muy sencilla.
