I keep getting amazon gift cards, so this is ...
I keep getting amazon gift cards (my job has amazon egift card as an option for rewards to employees), so this is a no brainer way to convert gift cards to WoW time! For those wondering:1. You can convert to "game time". Don't use subscription, but buy the game time from the battle.net shop (there's two options in the battle.net shop) the price is the same *and* you can now buy 3mths/6mths at a time and they match the corresponding subscription values).2. This is amazing for WoW services. Most of the time I wanna do silly stuff like buy a pet, mount or change character etc, I always feel guilty about spending money, but this way I can spend the amazon.com gift cards that I get. Also: the limit is "2 per order", you can order over and over again. I once orders $200 worth of gift cards (saved up for a year on amazon gift cards) and used them all to move 9 characters (all my toons) to a new realm in WoW.

Great little present for a gamer!
This is a great gift for anyone that plays Blizzard games, there is no need to wait as the delivery is immediate, however if you preferred to have something physical to give, this might not be the best (who cares about a piece of plastic that will end up in the trash anyways). The codes are easily entered in the battle.net account online and this balance can be used toward buying games, services (like character transfer, name change and many more), it can also be used for the game shops (new mounts, pets, extra world of warcraft character boost if you have the extra in it already). The only con to this is that they are limiting purchase to 2 per customer. As for most gamers, we know more than 2 people who would be very happy receiving this for a present so that limitation is kind hindering. Otherwise it's a great, easy and FAST (in case you forgot a birthday for example) way to get a gamers present they will cherish (until it's spent haha).

Amazon Perfect, Battle.net Boo
Exactly as it states... No problems at all on Amazon's end. On the other hand as a heads up, battle.net or the client Blizzard uses is not the most user friendly and I know this is imo but I dislike how the taxes prevent one from using all of his or her balance. For example, I have $1.02 left on my bnet account which is annoying. I know I am being picky but it can also prevent one from buying what they had originally set out to purchase with the card. Finally, on a more positive note, it's nice to easily obtain these bc using one's card is very dangerous with Blizzard or Battle.net bc from experience they do not keep one's information very secure!

Most convoluted and painful activation system I've ever encountered.
I've never had so much trouble activating a gift code. I just wanted to give my son some in-game money for a game that we already paid $40 for. It wouldn't let me do it until I activated the email address. Fine, no problem. Did that, then it said I couldn't activate it for a "trial" account, but no details on what I needed to do. Off to Bing to find out what that meant. I downloaded the mobile app and after 15 minutes it's still "setting up. If you don't have a smartphone, you have to pay $6.50 to "authenticate" your account to use gift cards that you paid for in games that you paid for. This is the biggest scam ever. I will never buy another code again. At this point, I'll be happy if I can get this one activated! Do not buy unless you have already jumped through the 50 hoops to get your account "authenticated," otherwise you'll spend half your day trying to redeem it. My son plays games from numerous other outlets and I've never, ever encountered such a convoluted method of redemption.Update: after an hour and live chat, I finally got it redeemed. If you have problems, make sure that every last thing on your account is filled out. Phone number, security questions, zip code, everything you can find. If that doesn't work, contact customer service via chat. I'm leaving my 1-star review because it shouldn't be this hard to use something you paid for on something else that you paid for, but I do give the chat guy 5 stars.

Super convenient, but...
I ordered two of these with an Amazon gift card thinking they would be available for use immediately. The digital downloads are stored in your software library located under your account tab. I realized that there was an authorization process that has the potential to clear in a matter of hours, possibly days, but I received an e-mail notifying me they were ready for use about an hour later. I'd also received a message when I claimed the codes that there was an additional waiting period via the Battle.net app, however, I did not experience a delay personally. Basically, expect a delay when purchasing these online. If you do not wish to wait, it's probably better to purchase them in-store or via the battle.net app.

Amazon offers some of the best deals occasionally
Bought this card with a promotion. Must say I'm a huge fan of these cards + amazon's perks!
