Not sure if you noticed, but the Fig Newtons in the store have suddenly risen in price like threefold from when we were kids. This purchase at least brings some sanity to the fig purchase price and offers the reliable quality that the Nabisco brand provides. Fig bars are one type of treat it is not that easy to duplicate with home made, so we are pleased with this product and also the convenient packs that the bars are housed in.
