This product arrived promptly! It is durable, easy to use and performs exceptionally well! The self locking mechanism is sturdy and quite easy to release. I had bilateral hernia surgery and wanted to have something to reduce possible complications afterwards. I'm 5'8" and have extra pounds I need to get rid of. It fits perfectly and has great Velcro grip. Highly recommend it and the price is well worth it!

This is a GREAT Beginners belt due to its structure but, the material that it uses leaves us to question the actual assistance it provides at higher deadlift wights (300+ lbs) simply due to the fabric and soft material not being built for the heftier portion of deadlifting !Comfort:Nice fit, fits tight if ya form it rightSize:One size fits all!Protection:Would recommend use for deadlifts UNDER 280 lbs

This is a nice belt. I chose it based on the good reviews. I love the locking feature. Belt thickness is just right and it offers great support on heavy lifts.

I recently had lumbar spinal fusion surgery and was looking for a weightlifting belt for physical therapy and rehab. My surgeon said to make sure I’m using a lumbar support belt for better stability. I took a chance on this belt and wow what a great find. Simple to use, great support and the width is perfect. I purchased a second one to use at my daughter’s house when I’m using her gym. I highly recommend this belt, the quality is great, it’s comfortable and gives great support. You won’t be sorry or disappointed, buy this belt.

I have tried 5 different brand and style weight belts, and I always come back to Element 26. It fits flexibly around the waist, it's the perfect width and thickness, and the velcro is strong. I always wear it under my tops and it's never super obvious that I have it on. I love the addition of the American flag patch. It's my go-to belt hands down.

This item worked well for me for 5 years. However, the other day when doing a set of heavy squats the strap itself tore in half in the middle of a set. This could have led to an injury if I was lifting heavier that day. There were no obvious signs of damage or tearing present on the belt. Be wary.
