A fun little set, making a train with short tracks ( an expansion set of tracks for this scale is available, too.)Great way to introduce a child to brick building/Lego, and DUPLO actually integrates fully with Lego, so they need not be tossed out as incompatible.

Fun!
I’m fairly impressed with the durability of this train. My toddler hid it in a bush and there it stayed for over a month. It weathered rain, dirt, temperature swings and outdoor critters. etc. When I finally found it and brushed it off and hit the power button it chugged along as if nothing unusual had happened. Looks as good as new and now we’re back to creating new routes.

Great starter tracks for toddlers
Perfect for train enthusiasts to play with toddlers! I am a Long time duplo supporter and now buying for my grandchild! Worth every cent. Would not ever invest in off brands!

Great Accessory Set
Works great with the Duplo train we already have. Only downside -- our train is an older one, and the track pieces of this are a lighter gray than the set we own. But they fit together fine and work great.

Fun and easy for toddlers to assemble
We have had so much fun with this and all the Duplo Train accessories for our train-obsessed toddler. It's easy for them to assemble and play with on their own or as a family. Will be sad when they outgrow this toy!

Nice additions to the main set - not what we expected
We bought the main set and were very well pleased. Then we bought this one. This one contains 2 switches to get the train to take an alternate route and then also a railroad crossing with gates for the car.We saw pictures of a bridge and thought we were going to get the pieces to incorporate the bridge into the layout. What we got was ok and expanded what we had, but not what we thought we were going to get.
