Fun!
First the negative. The men that go with this, the RH Mission Select men are no longer made. They are difficult to find and the after market price is, in some cases, higher than the price for new RH. The only other negative is that for the price it would have been nice to have some 'cubbies' to store back packs, etc. Now the Positive. If you have Mission Select Rescue Heroes then this is a great toy. The figures talking back and forth to each other offer a new level to the play. But the talking figures DOES NOT take away from the imagination and play of your child. It merely provides a backdrop for their play. This is not as big as the other command center boat. That is a large positive in my mind and it even folds down a bit when not in use. Note, not folds down to carry around, it just folds into itself a bit making it a bit more compact. Contrary to one review this was not difficult to set up. It took a young boy age 7 and his mother less than 30 minutes to get up and running ready for play. The directions are clear and easy to follow. Every part of this, even the back, has something for the rescue heroes. There is a climbing wall and a search light (doesn't really work too bad!) and a crane to life cars or people or animals (according to my son) up to the top of the roof. The rescue heroes and all the accompanying items such as the command center are very fun. They are positive characters that save lives. They are large so small hands can easily play with them and yet there is enough 'small items' like backpacks that even older children can have fun switching the backpacks around and so on. Every piece in this set, the Rescue Heroes and the Command Center has been well played with and has stood up well to hours of play. Enjoy.

Mission Center
What a big surprise I got when the package arrived. I was expecting a small station and instead I got this huge box. My son loves it, he creates his own stories and plays with it a lot. You need 2 adults to figure out how to put it together, and also the elevator is kinda hard to operate and he doesn't understand yet(he is 4), what those funny looking hoses do. He loves to push the button to make Billy Blazer talk and selects mission from the operating menue. I was hoping it would be easier to fold together so he can store his figurine in it. Otherwise what a great steal for what I paid for. I got another one as a birthday gift for my best friend's son. See how he likes it.

A GREAT way for kids to use their imagination
WE purchased this for our 3 year old for Christmas. Putting it together was lengthy but pretty self explanatory. He enjoys using all of the Rescue Heroes with this. This works only with the Voice Tech Rescue HEroes, although we also have the regular ones that don't say anything and he seems perfecly content to use them on the command center as well. The voice tech's aren't made anymore and hard to come by. All in all, it was definitely worth it for us.

Love Rescue Heros - Do not like MACC
We love Rescue Heros at our house!!! I have 2 boys (age 4 & 2). The 4 year old has the big boat command center so we decided to get the 2 year old the Mission Select MACC. Unfortunantly, this command center is a serious disappointment. Like previous reviews, it was slightly difficult to put together - when apart, all the pieces look alike. Now that its together, this toy is not sturdy. Our "boat" command center can take a serious beating, but this one rocks and sways like crazy. There is a "trap" door on the back side that does NOT fit and won't stay shut and the vehicle ramp does not stay on the "hinges". Also, the elevator won't go all the way up or down without force. We have a full collection of RH figures and vehicles because my boys LOVE them, but I have to admit, I am very diappointed in this command center - more because of the sturdiness issue. If my 2 year old weren't so excited about having his own command center, [...].

Daniel loves his M.A.C.C.
Amazing sale price. Less than a quarter of other vendors. My nephew loves his new base station. He stayed up late to read the manual and rearrange his room to place the M.A.C.C. as the centerpiece. Good stuff. Thanks.

well worth the price!
My son loves this! Keeps him occupied for a long time. His little friends think it's awesome when they come for a play day! There is enough room for several children to play together. Seems under priced...yet putting it together makes up for it! FYI... if this is a gift from Santa, have his elves assemble it before it goes under the tree. Not hard, just takes a little time and will go faster without and excited child waiting to play... I rate this 5 stars for fun and price but a 3 for assemly.

My Son Loves It!!
My son turned four on Sunday (11-21-04) And we got him this, because he had been going on and on about how much he wanted! I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews over my son's request!! He is loving this, and when I pick him up after work the first thing out of his mouth was "I want to go home and play with my Rescue Hero Command Center" And I have no doubt that today will be the say thing!! My only saddens is that we are having trouble finding the Rescue Hero Mission Select guys--- We have Billy Blazes and Gil Gripper and he has Jack Hammer Robotz version that seems to be working well with the command Center. So I would love insight on where to find the men. If you have a Rescue Heroes Fan get this and have fun playing with them!! We have!!
