I really like these. Light and not thick like many. Strong enough to hold up to dips.

I took a chance and ordered these tortilla chips and I'm glad I did...they are definitely the best store/retail bought tortilla chips I've ever had, and dare I say as good as most if not all Mexican restaurants chips I've had as well. Not overly salty just the perfect amount, not super crunchy but not soft and break when u dip them either... exactly what I've been trying to find as I have quite sensitive teeth. Flavor is awesome, that perfect corn chip flavor without being over salted or having something globbed on to cover that manufacturing taste if you know what I mean. I mean they literally have 5 ingredients....Organic white corn/Organic Palm Oil/Water/Lime & Sea Salt! There's no xulhesropormorphintime or any gluticoserevertalpoop....ok I made those up but you know what I'm talking about when you read the back of most foods, a bunch of gargantuan words you'd have to look up in the dictionary to know what they even mean. So yes I would absolutely recommend these all day! And their amazing with salsa or cheese dip, the 2 I used with them : )

Fresh, crispy and delicious.

These are organic, and, from the ingredients, I hope that the "trace of lime" reflects what it does in regular tortillas - that the corn meal (masa) has been nixmalized. This would refer to the mineral lime, and not the fruit. This requires at least soaking overnight with e.g. lime mineral. This probably breaks down phytic acid, which is usually an anti-nutrient. Doing so makes minerals more bio-available, and usually has anti-cancer properties; although some tout phytic acid as anti-cancer and might be helpful in a cancer diagnosis. Phytic acid, aka phytates, removes minerals from the body. These chips taste great, are currently at an affordable Prime price, and are healthy as far as I can tell. One advantage, is that they are NOT stone-ground. Teeth of skeletons of indigenous populations are usually alarmingly worn down, when they did stone-grinding. The chips have a light, and not oily taste; and palm oil in moderation seems to be much healthier than e.g. soy or canola oil, even if organic. I usually prefer to get these chips because of the taste and health, so I have only one beef: they are too thin! I make guacamole by mixing salsa and lime juice to mashed avocado. It seems I can never scoop up any with a chip, but instead, wind up dumping the chips in the bowl and eating them with some guac and a spoon. They really could be thicker and sturdier; but this issue is not a stopper, and I consider them among the tastiest and healthiest chips out there.

These are by far my favorite tortilla chips outside of restaurants. They are restaurant quality with their retained crispness, thinness, seasoning, and overall flavor. These are so delicious that I even enjoy eating them on their own, without any salsa or dip. I have stockpiled on these so I don’t have to go a day without them. The only downside is that they are so crisp they sometimes snap when you try to get a massive scoop of chunky salsa.. definitely not a dealbreaker, though.

First off they do taste great. And if I wanted to eat plain chips I would give this a few more stars. They are as thin as a thin potato chips. They fall apart in your hand if you are not gentle with them. Completely useless for dipping or scooping anything. I tried my best and ended up with crumbs every time. Plus most of the chips were broken. Not crushed just broken. There were almost no intact chips triangular chips in the bag. I can't imagine making nachos these chips. Like I said if you want plain chips go for it. I ate most of mine despite my salsa and hummus sitting idle in the fridge. They do taste good. But if you are looking to scoop or dip stay away. Consider yourself warned!!!
