Bought this to help with back pain, it helps to correct posture. I could feel a difference in my posture the first time I wore this. I work as a nurse in an assisted living facility and I was able to work all day without being uncomfortable. This product provides support, but without causing you to feel constrained with movement. It is also easy to put on and adjust.

I only gave this 4 stars because of where the straps dig in at the point they start to go under my arm. Also, being a bigger person, while it goes on easily enough and fits okay, I find it hard to get it back off. I have only had it a few days but it already does help my back as I sit and it offers good support. I have not tried it at work where I stand and move more and I am not sure I will do so as it digs into my arms in the front where the straps sit no matter how I try and adjust it. The shoulder strap part and the rest of it is fairly comfortable, even after wearing 3 hours. That is as long as I can wear it right not because of the way the straps dig into my arms right where they start to go under. I think it would be perfect for me if I could adjust that strap to be just a smidge longer or since I am a bigger person, if it was a true XXL instead of an XL/XXL which tend to run that little bit smaller than items that run XL and XXL as separate sizes.

This has no support. It feels nice but if you’re sitting at a desk all day, have bad posture already, save yourself the money and get one that has actual support/structure in it.You also can’t adjust the shoulder straps to make them tighter/looser. The only thing you can adjust is the band that goes around your waist.I waited too long to try it and now I can’t return it., not worth the price.

This contraption is difficult to put on — after I wore and washed it, I had to refer to instructions to figure out how to put it on again. It is very uncomfortable, especially where the straps rub the front of my shoulders/arm pits. It also doesn’t breathe, so I sweated a lot walking my dogs on a 65F degree day. It does help with my posture, but because of how uncomfortable it is, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I love this posture corrector! It’s super lightweight and totally invisible under my clothes. I wear it for a couple hours a day and already feel my posture improving. Less shoulder and neck pain too. Easy to adjust, really comfy, and doesn’t show at all. Highly recommend if you sit a lot or tend to slouch at your desk like me.

I have TMJ and it really impacts my day to day life, had the idea that perhaps my posture exacerbates the issue. This corrector has great reviews and affordable. It really does do the trick! Sit at a desk most of the day and so very easy to regularly slouch, this kept me straight up properly upright all day! Disappointing aspect is that the straps totally dig into my armpits. I've tried shifting the straps, tried rucking some padding underneath to no avail. Initiated return, I'm so sad!
