Our family is a huge fan of the Brio World trains. We have been slowly adding accessories to my toddler's set and he has been obsessed with forklifts and has been wanting this for quite some time. We did not read the reviews as our 3 years old is adamant that he must have this forklift. He is a very happy boy when he received it and does a lot of interactive play together with his other Brio accessories; busy loading the cargo from his forklift to the cargo trains and container ship. However, as parents we do notice the design flaws. The cab of the forklift comes off too easily, the weight of the forklift is too light and cargo can tip it over very easily which can be frustrating and the forklift stays upwards and the springs are strong and require toddlers to push it down firmly to load any cargo on top. I wish they could design this better to match other accessories however, no complaints by the 3 years old end user!

We started a train set for our 4 year old great nephew, this was a great piece to add. Love to see the imagination come out when we are playing and "working" on the train!

I purchased this forklift for my 3-year-old grandson, having seen it while browsing Amazon. I thought it would make a fantastic toy for his curious mind. Unfortunately, in my rush, I failed to read the reviews. What a disappointment! The toy, while looking well-made and cute, quickly became a source of frustration for my grandson. It tipped over with cargo, and the weak magnet couldn't hold the cargo. The cabin was coming off so easily that the little hinges eventually broke, leaving it unusable. I had to redirect him and ultimately toss the toy away, as he believed he just didn't know how to play with it. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I just got a defective one. But when I read the reviews later that night, I was shocked. Who designed this toy and let it hit the market? Parents, if you had actually played with your children, you'd recognize its flaws. This was a waste of money! It's simply too expensive for only two hours of play and frustration.
