GREAT, low-cost replacement for Ventline RV 12V vent fan motor -- Kinmore (see pic #2 and info)
I bought this URBEST 12V DC motor to replace a broken bathroom vent fan motor in my RV (2018). It was surprisingly hard to find a low-cost rapid replacement-- the 'official' channel was through Ventline and an RV vendor, and it would have taken either a week or more, and/or a very expensive complete assembly replacement ($100 or more)... I just wanted to replace the motor, I wanted to to it myself, and I wanted the motor immediately, and to be affordable. URBEST solved all those problems for me. This motor replaced perfectly the fan motor in a 2018 Class C Motorhome, the info on the OEM says "RS-385PH C2-17100B" "VDO218-00 Kinmore" "13.6V 1.2A 199R21"

Fit my project's needs nicely.
I'm running one of these motors in my custom designed and built soldering fume extractor and the motor works great. In the attached photo, which is an old prototype of the fume extractor, the motor is spinning the red impeller.I'm powering the motor along with an LED strip for lighting via a 12v battery Power bank. I've only been using the fume extractor for a few days but the motor has been run through a few prototypes over the past month with no issues. I got two of these motors so provided the one I'm using lasts a decent amount of time, I'll simply replace it with the second motor.

Works good
Works good. Spins fast. Decent quality. What you would expect from a $6 motor. I used mine for a chicken coop treat shooter and I'll tell you, it shoots them out pretty fast.

A motor with guts
I ordered this motor by mistake, Didn't look at the specs properly. But , after seeing it in action , good speed and torque , I decided to add it to my parts bin. This would normally be used for drills and such. A good serviceable unit to have on hand.

Dismissed work
Was way to small. Hooked it up anyways and the motor burned out within a minute. I didnt even hook it up.to the gear.

Worked!
I used this to rebuilt a door lock in my Toyota Tundra using a video from YouTube. Saved probably $300 buying this part and then doing the labor myself. It wasn’t too difficult. Took about 3 hours.

Nice Motor but Needs Mounting Screws
I think the motor will work fine for my needs, but it should have included the mounting screws. I believe they are 2.5mm. Kind of hard to find without buying 50 of them for the 2 you need.Worst case, mount it with a hose screw clamp I guess. It should have included the two metric screws or threaded the case for standard 2-56 or 4-40 screws. (I don't plan to re-tap the mounting holes since the case is steel and the strong magnets in the motor will suck the tapping debris into the worst possible places in the motor.)
