Warning - as packaged, this cupboard is heavy! Fortunately, once delivered, it is possible to open the side of the carton and extract each piece individually and take it to the area where you are going to assemble it. Note that you will need an area at least twice as long as the cabinet is high because the back is divided vertically and one piece slides into a housing in the other. Once this is done, assembly is simple using just the rather nice screwdriver supplied - be aware that the screws are the self-tapping variety and can be a little hard to start. I assembled the cupboard with it vertical but then had to lie it on its back to fit the screw holding the base. Once assembled you will need about 15 minutes and a cup of tea to work out how to fit the shelf supports ..... One final hint, the 4 clear plastic things are buffers for the doors. Very sturdy once assembled- think I will buy another for the garage. Great cupboard!

For the money, this is a worthwhile storage solution. I would suggest if possible use two people to construct it, but I did manage it solo, so if you are handy, dont worry too much.It would perhaps benefit from a revised instruction manual, it doesnt make clear how the bottom valance should be dealt with and the graphical representation shows it wrongly, but once you realise the way it should be done, its very easy.It is not a product you should move once assembled though. But, once assembled it can clearly hold a good weight of items (most of what we have put in it are tool based items, including heavy metal based items such as large padlocks and drill bits etc.)I can also verify that is holds well under external weather effect, as our garage roof blew off and this cabinet was exposed for a good month to adverse weather yet still appears flawless.

In this case you do not get what you pay for, clearly opened previously. Arrived damaged, unfortunately it was already mostly assembled before I reached the bent panels in the box. More hassle to dismantle and send back than to have an unsightly but expensive garage cabinet. AVOID!

It arrived promplty, faster than the estimate. Unfortunately, It arrived damaged, this was not obvious until it was opened - repacking would have been a bit of a nighmare as it has foam packing which is very crumbly - more so because of the trump it had obviously got in transit - a better type of packing would help.I managed to bend the damaged parts back close enough to allow it to fit together without any major problem.I did not expect a really solid cabinet due to the thickness of material, but getting it levelled, so the doors open and close, was not that easy. Once assembled it's reasonably sturdy..You can put it together by yourself (I did) but you risk damaging parts, especially the back sections that slide together, without a helping hand to steady it..One mistake and it would probably have been bent beuyond repair.Otherwise i can't complain, you do need to follow the assembly instructions and after a little head scatching it became obvious.

sturdy and value for money

There was minor damage to the panels when they were unpacked but we decided to go ahead with what we had as it was clear that the packing is not substantial enough to prevent damage somewhere in transit between the manufacturer and the delivery address. I am pretty sure that the damage was not done by the delivery drivers who were helpful and obliging. We managed to put it all together fairly quickly, having watched the on line video and the damage did not affect the final construction. The cupboard is fine, the packaging is poor which is a great pity.
