"Received damaged machine, poor technician, no refund – worst experience ever!"
❌ Worst Experience – Faulty Machine & No Support! Don’t buy this washing machine from Amazon – total scam! Mere saath jo hua, wo kisi aur ke saath na ho, isliye yeh review likh raha hoon: 🔹 Technician aaya, but machine check hi nahi kiya – bas bola “manual padho”. 🔹 Rude behaviour – na explanation, na help. 🔹 Complaint kiya Amazon ko, bola company technician aayega – par koi response hi nahi. 🔹 Second technician ka call miss ho gaya, 10 min baad call kiya toh bola “ab nahi aayenge”. 🔹 Urban Company wale aaye (Amazon ne book kiya), unhone check karke bola – machine faulty hai. 🔹 Phir bhi Amazon bolta hai company ka technician hi final bolega, aur fir se koi nahi aaya. 🔹 Sirf dates delay kar rahe hai taaki refund/exchange ka time nikal jaye. --- ⚠️ Highlights: No installation support Faulty product Rude and irresponsible technicians Amazon & brand both don’t care after delivery Refund dene se bachne ke liye time waste karte hai --- ⚠️ Strong advice: Buy electronics offline. Online lene ke baad agar problem hua, toh na Amazon help karega na brand. 📢 I demand full refund and pickup of this faulty product. If not resolved, I’ll take this complaint further.
