I love these Joseph Joseph Nest Colanders! They feel incredibly sturdy and stack perfectly, which is a huge win for saving cabinet space. I bought this to use as a water diffuser for water changes on my fish tank. The handle of the smaller one hooks over the rim and it stays in place and hangs at just the right height. We pour (dump) water in from a 5 gallon bucket so it’s hard to control the flow and this prevents my curious fish from getting slammed with water and doesn’t disturb the substrate. This is way better than the water diffusers marketed for fish tanks.

Love the shape and the handles of these colanders. They're comfortable to hold, sturdy and the shape allows for easy pouring. The small one is perfect for berries and the shape allows easy tossing to wash all sides.

Handy for washing produce or draining pasta. Thought I would use the little one, but I think in the time I've had it only used the inside one once or twice. Little nested colander mostly gets in the way.Good 4/5

It's great having 2 sizes especially when you don't need to strain a whole bunch of stuff. The smaller one is awesome for smaller fruits and veggies and the larger is good for larger items like potatoes and pastas. I also use them to help dry the smaller items for my toddler like straws and utensils. I even use the large one for washing leggos and teether. Drainage is good and functions perfectly.

I make pasta almost every day and this one is great as a strainer. Just be careful when you first pour into it as it can move away as you dump the water with pasta in it. Otherwise, it is a great tool and does the job.
