What's in a serving size? i want to switch from host d powder which i am taking 3 tbs a day of but can't figure out the equivalent for 2 capsules.

Each serving is 2 capsules, a total of 1000 mg fruiting body extract per. There are 60 servings in a bottle. It is not possible to give an equivalent to other products because we use whole fruiting body extract (pure mushroom), whereas other products might contain grain or other fillers.
