Dehydrated Hip and Joint a- ok!
I started using this off and on for the last few years but have recently started using it more often as my older dog seems to despise his newly acquired senior kibble status. I put this in about 1.5-2 cups of hot water and mix about 2-3 tbl with a fork. It dissolves well with no chunks or floaty bits. I use this broth to thoroughly coat his kibble to offset whatever he hates about his senior food. It has so far worked. Regarding the effectiveness of this, I am not too sure. Darby is 118 pound (his vet approved weight) St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees mix. If i were to use the recommended dosage for his size, I would be buying him a new jar every few days lol I use this as a healthy way to flavor his food, which has been working well. His poo hasn't changed or anything since using this. As for the smell, it smells like dehydrated broth with some herbs in it. I am unsure what people are expecting it to smell like. Bone broth doesn't have the greatest smell to begin with if you are not used to it. The smell of turmeric is also noted which might be putting people off, but it smells like what it is. Overall, the product seems good, and I will continue using it. If I had a smaller dog, I would definitely be using it specifically for its health benefits instead of just a flavor enhancer.

EASY Nutritious Boost for Pets!
I've been adding this bone broth to my pet's meals, and the benefits are clear. This supplement combines pumpkin, fish oil, and turmeric—ingredients known for their health-enhancing properties. The pumpkin aids in digestion, the fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids for a shiny coat and healthy skin, and turmeric offers anti-inflammatory benefits. What I love about this protein powder is how easy it is to incorporate into my pet's diet. It mixes well with both wet and dry food without altering the taste too much, which is great for picky eaters. Since I've started using it, I've noticed my pet has more energy and his coat looks healthier. For pet owners looking to boost their furry friend's diet with additional nutrients, this is a fantastic choice. It’s an all-natural, easy way to support your pet’s overall health and vitality.

Great bone broth my frenchies.
This bone broth is very good with my two frenchies they eat up all their food when I sprinkle this with a little bit of water. It has omegas and has tumeric, pumpkin as well which goes great for their gut health. Solid product in my opinion

Lab approved- Simple Natural Easy
Go for it! 5 simple, natural ingredients, made in USA. Chicken Bone Broth, Pumpkin Powder, Fish Oil Powder, Turmeric and Parsley--My review is for the chicken bone broth option (6oz). I usually make my own chicken bone broth or buy dehydrated bone broth from The Honest Kitchen, which we like a lot- but so far only have the Turkey and Beef varieties. At least on Amazon they do not seem to carry a chicken bone broth. So I started looking into other brands as I wanted to add a dehydrated chicken bone into the rotation without always having to make it myself.--I have 2 young labs and 4 cats of various ages. I usually just use the bone broth with the dogs, but I do offer it to my cats- especially my elderly ones. The dogs get two nice meals a day with minimal to no treats (although they are labs, they actually don't care for treats, and tend to be picky with food). I provide them a portion of their high quality kibble, add in some finely chopped fruits and vegetables, usually a sprinkle of some sort of protein, and a spoonful of yogurt or pumpkin. Then over all of this, I ladle warm bone broth over top; which I think really brings the meal together. I feel good setting down a colorful bowl of food for them to enjoy.--I selected this particular product after comparing it to a few others. I look for limited, real ingredients, sourced and made in the USA. I prefer dehydrated over liquid, due to the ease of storage. I have purchased liquid varieties with success, but since I rotate through flavors, I don't always want to have a few open packages in my fridge. Or worse, forgetting about the product and the entire contents goes bad. The dehydrated tends to have more for the money, too. This pricing and ingredient list is similar to some of the stuff The Honest Kitchen offers, so I decided to try it out.--As with other varieties, you can scoop out a little powder and add it to some liquid. I always rough measure it. Sometimes it is more concentrated, sometimes more dilute- all depends on powder to water ratio. Be sure to measure if it is important to you. 1tbs to 1 cup warm water. 1/3 c prepared per 30 lbs of weight.-- The smell is fresh. The primary aroma is strong of parsley. The rest of it smells neutral yet earthy. It dissolved as expected in warm water. Contents comes in a small plastic container with screw on cap.--My labs ate their meals with this poured on top with no issue. I have yet to offer it to my cats. They are picky and I do not have high hopes for approval from them. Once I do, and if they decide to start lapping at it, I will be back to add that in.--In addition to adding it over food, I intend to make some hot weather dog treats with it. While my labs don't love treats usually, they like ice cubes. I figure to make some chicken bone broth icy treats, either by itself, or add in some other goodies. I reviewed some dehydrated goats milk that I plan to add into the treat making somehow. So far so good!

Not for picky eaters
My dachshund won’t touch his kibble anymore after I sprinkled some of this on. Smells mostly like seeds. Doesn’t smell anything like meat. Can’t return so I’m gonna have to try to mix it with some real beef bone broth to get my dog to eat it.

Great as a topper and supplement to water bowl
My dog loves it on her kibble and loves the taste of the bone broth powder in her water can't tell the nutrition benefits yet but I'm assuming it'll help her joints. Easy to sprinkle on top of kibble and add to a water bowl dissolves right away

Doesn’t mix in water
I’m giving this a 3 because the powder does NOT mix. I add hot water (I’ve also tried cool and warm but it’s all the same) and stir and it looks like it mixes even though you can still see clumps of powder. But after sitting for a few minutes it just separates like water and oil. U can see in the pic. Nonetheless, my dogs seem to like it
