There's a local spot that occasionally gets "duck breast prosciutto." And it's definitely tasty don't get me wrong - but it's not a staple. If you don't immediately buy when they get it, you're just out of luck. Also: you have to slice out yourself. And I'm fine with that sometimes for fruits/veggies - but this is a recipe for disaster with a fatty meat like duck.So here I am. Giving this vendor a try and... OMG 🤩 Wonderfully uniform slices with no effort on my part. Great for when you want a nice BLT (or BLET, since it's morning and I threw a fried egg in for good measure), or when you need a star on your pork-free charcuterie board.I only bought one pack to test them out. Now that I know it's delicious, I'll be ordering in bulk!

I absolutely adored how rich, juicy, and perfectly fatty these were! The long, thin cuts were just right, and the presentation was just as impressive. The vibrant colors made the meal as visually stunning as it was delicious. I picked up a pre-sliced pack for my Super Bowl charcuterie board, and it was a huge hit. I highly recommend it and will definitely be buying it again for future charcuterie boards!

Highly recommend this product. Flavor is rich with a delicate texture, knowing that it’s free from additives and humanely raised is a plus! We all loved it. Perfect quality has a price, and I tried so many different brands that were deceiving. I will definitely buy again this vendor’s products in the future.

I really like the color of this meat. The marbeling is fantastic! It was also super convenient I didn’t have to slice it. I’ve tried other people’s products but this one takes the cake by far!
