The device does work, but not exactly as described. It is marketed as a 4-level indicator, but it shows three levels plus an overflow alert. Here’s how it functions: Indicator Colors: - G (Green), B (Blue), Y (Yellow), R (Red) Actual Working: - All GBYR submerged → Green indicator → Indicates a potential overflow and triggers an alarm. - BYR submerged → Blue indicator → Water level is between 99% and 75%. - YR submerged → Yellow indicator → Water level is between 75% and 50%. - Only R submerged → Red indicator → Water level is between 50% and 25%, and it triggers an alarm at 49%. I was expecting to ring the reserve level alarm at 25%. It does not make sense to call 49% full as a reserve. To suit my needs, I’ve adjusted the sensor placement: - Green at 100%, Blue at 70%, Yellow at 30%, and Red at 5%. - This way, the red indicator practically remains dipped at all times, ensuring that the low-level alert only triggers when the water level drops below 30%. However, this is a minor deviation from expectations, the device performs well overall. Another potential concern is the pricing, though it can be justified given the minimal installation, maintenance, and operational costs. The real test will be whether the claimed one-year battery life holds. Also, don’t forget to activate the warranty by sending the provided code to the given number. I had to use it myself after receiving a faulty charger. Their support team identified the issue within 48 hours, and I received a replacement charger in another 2–3 days. Overall, the after-sales service is satisfactory.

Bad Quality Control. Newly arrived product have pairing isssue. As adviced by the whatsapp support team, need to return it for a replacement. Wastage of time. Will update after receiving the replacement unit.

It is a nice product. It is easy to install and economical as it uses sync mechanism to transmit the level of water from the transmitter to the receiver. The installation was simple, and i was able to install it myself without any hassles. I tested the functionality in a bucket of water. The Customer care executives of swarnjal are very helpful as they helped me with the installation process. The best thing is that it uses AA batteries and no A/C electricity, so there is no risk of shocks.
