✅ Affordable ✅ Great Picture and Sound Quality ✅ Easy Set Up ✅ Motion detection works every time ✅ Long Battery Life I was pleasantly surprised by this camera! Set up was easy, and for being a knock off ring camera, the picture quality is amazing! It’s $29.99 a year to store video footage, which is not a bad price for the piece of mind it’s brought our family. Our neighbor purchased one a week after we got ours and my parents also installed one at their home. Great for someone who can’t afford an actual Ring camera. Battery holds for a month, but could probably last longer in a different environment. We live in an apartment so there are constantly people walking past it and setting it off. It picks up everything in our hallway, even at the opposite end of the building.

The camera has exceeded my expectations in terms of clarity and night vision capabilities. Its motion detection feature is highly responsive, sending instant alerts to my phone whenever there is any activity outside my door. The installation process was straightforward, and the camera seamlessly integrates with my existing smart home devices. I particularly appreciate the two-way audio function, allowing me to communicate with visitors even when I'm not at home. Is affordable and works well, is the perfect size and definitely compares to the ring doorbell model. Definitely recommend

I bought 3 of these. *************** 2nd EDIT: I'm amending my earlier 2-star review to make it 1-star. This is my first 1-star review in a long, long time. When you go to look at your camera on your phone, it shows an ad for several seconds before you can skip it. THIS IS BAD. When I want to look at my camera, I want to look at my camera NOW. The ad is just a money grab. But now it's WORSE. Now that ad is a loud ad for an kinky AI companion or something? Honestly I'm not sure. I shut t off immediately. I want to look at my doorbell camera, I **don't** want to have some stupid blaring embarrassing ad. It makes the product pretty much unusable. I am going to have to find something else. (No, I am not paying $25-$30 PER MONTH per doorbell camera to save video. I don't WANT to save video, I just want to be able to see out... and with these blaring, gross ads, I can't even do that, now.) ******************* Pros * Easy to set up, including the plugged-in chime * Inexpensive Cons * To capture or review video, it costs $30/year per camera. (Not worth it, in my case.) * Having motion detection on, or using the camera constantly, runs the battery down rapidly. * EDIT: As of January 2025, the phone app, which is the only way to access the doorbells, **NOW RUNS ADS**. There is absolutely no reason for this: the app is free-standing, they don't need to do anything to support it on an ongoing basis. It's just a naked money-grab. And you've got to wait for the ad to load, then click on a tiny "Continue to app >" at the top of your phone. I lowered my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. As a normal doorbell camera -- no motion detector, mainly used as a doorbell, just the occasional quick check of the camera -- this lasts for a month or two between charges. Charges take a couple hours.

I tried installing this last night and had a lot of issues so I decided to fully charge it and try again this morning. It didn't want to connect to my phone and when I was using my Bluetooth I didn't know which option to choose. I would scan and it kept saying that it wasn't discovered. finally I skipped that and connected through the wifi it finally just worked on like the 7th try. there are no instructions on adding a second user but if your 2nd person downloads the app and then you find the QR code in your settings you can figure it out. I think they have to do something in their email and then you accept adding them. I just stumbled through it. With that being said I love it and was able to stick it to the side of my glass door. So far it's holding up, I washed the area first so we shall see. I mostly wanted a doorbell since mine has never worked, I have a regular wired camera out front already but this is cool.

I finally experienced someone stealing a package, and it happened in less than 20 minutes in daylight. I figured a doorbell camera would either help deter, or capture the person, if it happens again. For the price and general good reviews, I went with this one. Overall super easy to setup, the app is easy to use, and within 10 minutes or so I had it all ready to go. In the app, the doorbell/speaker volume can be adjusted (it does start at max volume, which is extremely loud). The additional plug-in chime's volume cannot be adjusted, and it's also extremely loud, so I'm going to have to figure out how to muffle that chime in order to use it without damaging my eardrums. I ordered a case with this, because I rent an apartment and didn't want to permanently attach it anywhere nor did I want to risk someone stealing it, so I can't vouch on the mounting system it comes with. The camera quality is really clear, even at night, and it has a horizontal wide angle but not a vertical, so the doormat where packages are left is not visible. My biggest con would be that it tends to max recordings at 20 seconds, unless you click to view the live recording where it records until you exit that part. In addition to the package thief, I'm hoping to gather proof of disruption during quiet hours of certain new neighbors (I do suspect they and the missing package are related..), and the first night I had this camera, it recorded a small segment of their loud argument at midnight but it did end it at 20 seconds. They were still present in the human detection zone, but it was dark beyond the porch light and maybe it couldn't pick up the shapes anymore. I'm not sure how long the battery charge will last, but I do have it at the setting it will record more often mainly because I don't want to risk missing something vital that could be ideally be used against these new neighbors. So for the price, I can't complain. And eventually I might upgrade to the fancy ones but this is doing the job for me in the meantime.
