All SteelSeries products are great I still have the first one I bought years ago found the Nova 7 FaZe Clan on sale bought 2 sets so I gave My wife 1. we both love them for sound, quality, fit, lite weight, and the battery life is good. also the clarity is amazing I play a hunting game and now I hear everything and from every direction. the package is also good design so no shipping problems. all parts as advertised was there too. buy buy buy..

Buen audio y buen micrófono, pero de software un poco fastidioso para gamer casual.
Buena calidad de sonido y el micrófono es decente, eso si te recomiendo colocar el dongle y listo, para ser un gamer casual su software se me hace muy incómodo, empiezan a aparecer como 5 opciones en el panel de audio, si quieres modificar el ecualizador de manera estricta dale, si no de primera mano funciona perfecto.

Garbage
Absolutely the worst headset I have ever purchased. It bricked itself less than two months after purchase. If you follow the manufacturer reset instructions, to remove the ear piece and push the reset button, THE RESET BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. To be precise, the reset button is NOT IN THE HOLE IT SHOULD BE IN. Yes, I have updated software/firmware. Even before this, the Bluetooth range on this thing was a FRACTION of any Logitech, Razer, or Corsair headset I've had in the past, and significantly less than the Arctis 1 that I was replacing. This headset isn't even worth $50, forget the fact that they're charging $180 for this piece of HOT GARBAGE.

Somewhat uncomfortable if you have a big head
It feels quality but I found better sound in lower-cost headphones, recommended only on sale.

Excelentes audifonos por costo
Estan muy buenos. Un poco pequeño para mi gusto, epro con el tiempo te acostumbras. Excelente duracion de bateria. Me gustaria que hubiera venido un juego de almohadillas extras. Software un poco complicado al inicio pero luego es muy facil de realizar configuraciones. Se puede escuchar 2 emisiones a la vez, dongle y Bluetooth. Excelente decision del microfono retractril.

Lo tengo ya un mes, todo perfecto, me ha encantado. Vengo de logitec lighspeed pro x y si vien quizas los materiales parecieras mas plasticos, la comodidad es mucho mejor.
