Yummy and easy to make
This is my favorite so far. It comes in with different flavor and it takes two minutes to make. This is something that I make every day before bed after work just to relax and it’s a very healthy snack.

A winner for taste!
Tasty and better than the other brand that I ate for years until it became unavailable. In fact, that's what I'm afraid of here. I get something I like and depend upon for quality and then suddenly it's gone. I hope this offering from Fusion stays around for many moons (or even a couple decades at least). On a side note: I usually add more tofu and nori and some chopped green onions to the mix and (for me) it never gets old.

About $1.87 per one cup serving...really great instant miso soup!
Can't resist trying new food items & beverages, and I really enjoy miso soups. I was snagged to try this variety pack. It says it's from China, but as good as any Japanese miso soup I've had. I confess that I only tried one packet this evening after receiving my order yesterday. Unfortunately there are no instructions in English but the info for the products says 8 one cup servings, so I used 1 cup of boiling water. I also did add some finely diced/cut celery, a leaf each of napa & green cabbage finely cut & a chopped scallion. When ready I added a dash of Shichimi tōgarashi for a little heat & spice. I tasted it without & it was also delicious. I'm really looking forward to trying the other flavor combos. This vegetable version was terrific! UPDATE: I loved all of these, they were delicious. Only thing not delicious is the price for what you get & the serving size of each packet. I might splurge again some time or if they are ever on sale. I think, considering what they are, they're not worth more than a $12 price, if even that much. In Japan, these are likely quite inexpensive, maybe just over a dollar per packet.

Umai is very good.
Flavors and seasonings are just right. Very easy to prepare without a lot of onions which I appreciate. It’s great for a delicious mid afternoon snack.
