Pros: Got 7.5hrs solid sleep which is by far the most I have had in well over a year. Stuck really well. Stretchy, which I wasn't expecting, but actually made it really comfortable.Cons: Tore a bit of my lip skin off upon removal :(

Harsh to take off compared to others on the market

These are very good and I have tried all sorts to ease my snoring. I wake myself up with my snoring usually but with one of these and the nasal sost silicone nasal dilators I've cracked it .I've tried nose strips nasal inserts even jaw alignment and probably other options I've forgotten because I've tried to many .I used to use surgical tape for my mouth but that came off .Hope this helps , getting proper sleep is vitally important.

Product works perfectly well and stays on all night. 100% prevents mouth snoring. Had a couple of occasional throat snores, depending position of head. Sometimes have some residual tape left on face after removing, but to be expected, as the adhesion is good. Only used on clean shaven face.

So after recording myself for a number of nights I found out that I was snoring like a human tractor. I sought out something that would help me because I figured I was a mouth snorer. Alpha sleep to my rescue. I also found that I’m both. So although it has helped with the mouth snoring I’m still snoring. But it has definitely helped. We are both sleeping much better and I’m not waking up shattered. Absolute value for money and so easy to use. Even as a vaper and waking up early and vaping in the early hours the mouth tapes would just stick down. So really good. Really easy to use and not uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend these.

Bought these as the usual ones I buy were out of stock. These are definitely effective but unfortunately they're a bit too sticky. Often leaves some residue and on one occasion actually pulled off some skin.
