Triple Eight Certified Sweatsaver Helmet for Skateboarding, BMX, Roller Derby, Roller Skating, Inline Skating, Scooter and Bike

Nice! My 7 yr old daughter loves the glitter rainbow and I love it as it has a retro 70's vibe. I was surprised to find an extra set of inner paddings for a perfect fit. Just remove the (medium fit) paddings that came in the helmet and velcro the other (small fit) set in. Yes, you will pay more for this particular helmet but the style and fit is worth it. It will be the last helmet you have to buy. Since her head measurement was on the border of a small and medium helmet I would have had to buy a smaller size helmet for a perfect fit for right now and upgrade to a larger one most likely next year as my kids are taller than norm for 7. Haven't seen how the "sweatsaver" padding works or how long it lasts but she says it more comfortable than the Target helmet I bought as well just in case this one didn't fit. The Target helmet only had the glued in foam type pads that are more or less a one size fits all helmet.

I was roller skating recently and fell so hard on my butt that I couldn't move for several minutes. Thankfully, my husband was with me and helped me up. I fell so hard that it's been almost two weeks and I still have pain in my glutes and upper hamstrings. I was unbelievably lucky that I didn't hit my head because I would have ended up in the emergency room. After the fall, I decided it was time for me to break down and finally purchase a helmet for skating outdoors. I took a look around and read through a bunch of reviews. I purchased two helmets that were highly rated: this one and one that was about half the price.Besides the fact that this helmet is super cute, it had the better fit. It also doesn't appear as large sitting on my head than the other helmet. It's also lighter than the other helmet.This isn't a cheap helmet, but it's definitely worth the money!

This is a Tony Hawk endorsed helmet so we know it's gonna be really well made. It fits per the sizing chart and has xtra pads if you need to customize it. It's snug but comfortable and easy to adjust. I love the retro look. The only little thing is on one side the green stripe is chipped at the edge. Others have noted this as well. I think I will take some clear polish to the rough chipped edge to keep it from lifting and getting worse.

My daughter loved this helmet to ride with her razor scooter. It's not too heavy and loved the inserts to get the perfect fit if necessary. She will be able to use it for quite some time. The color is just adorable too.

This pretty helmet comes with three sizes of wicking inserts, and it fit right off the bat with the set it came with. I liked the price, I like the look, and I like the fit. Hopefully I won't need a new skate helmet anytime soon, but I'd buy this one again.

Just recently bought a road bike and quickly realized I needed a helmet. I instantly fell in love with the cute designs by Triple Eight. I got the rainbow sparkle and everything about it is perfect EXCEPT for one little thing which is why I deducted one star. As seen in two of my photos, the rainbow decal has chipped off on the sides which leads me to believe that it will wear off quickly. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come off anymore than it already has. But other than that, I love the helmet. I was happy that it came with extra padding in a thicker size so that I could give it a snug fit. I changed my back pad to a thicker one and left my front with a thin pad which gave me a perfect fit. It’s practical, comfortable and super cute!

Super lightweight yet secure. And it’s very cute and comes with multiple inserts to ensure a proper fit. Great colors, very vibrant. My husband has the same one in black with the rainbow stripe. We look really cool cruising around the neighborhood together.

S/M was a perfect fit. Glad I took measurements! Seems sturdy, nicely made, and Triple Eight came highly recommended.
